When the last school bell of the day rung at Yuwen high school, the students, with all the happiness and joy of finally regaining their freedom proceeded to leave the school grounds. Many of them didn’t bother with the two women outside the school gates whose necks were craning as they glimpsed especially at the male students.

One was an older woman, Alix’s grandmother and the other her aunt Lin Erya. Earlier in the day, Billi had informed them about Alix owning Yuwen academy.

It wasn’t done out of the goodness of her heart of course because Billi’s hope was that the old woman would cause a big ruckus for Alix. If she damaged the school’s reputation, then it would be even better.

As Billi hoped, the old woman had showed up hoping to find Yuwen and give him some gifts. Along with that, she hoped to coax and cajole him into moving to the Lin villa.

The two women had tried to get onto school grounds when they had come but they were not permitted to enter because the new guards at the gate had a list and pictures of individuals that were banned from setting foot inside and the two just happened to be on it.

The old woman was number four and the younger one number five on the list. At the top was Lin Billi, second was Jing Hee and third was Lin Qianfan. As a precaution, Na Na was also added by Alix after she showed up to Yura’s company and made a scene. fɾēewebnσveℓ.com

They waited until all the students left and the sky started to darken. It was actually touching that the old woman was willing to endure the cold winter in hopes of seeing her grandson.

"Mother, nobody is coming out anymore. Maybe Billi made a mistake and he is not here." Finally, Erya decided to give up.

The old woman looked distraught as she replied, "But he has to be. Didn’t that Alix’s husband say that they had him? Where else could they be hiding him?"

"Mother, it would be obvious if they put him somewhere we can easily find him. I think they sent him to an international school, a boarding school or overseas. It will be better if we meet Alix and ask her to help us get into contact with him politely."

Lin Erya had given it a clear thought. If the boy was here, it would be too easy and Alix was anything but easy lately.

"You want me to beg that wench, that thief who stole ten percent of my son’s company?" The old woman’s face was suddenly contorted in an ugly way. "No way, I would rather die than beg her for anything. I used to beg the mother for money and now I should beg the daughter for access to my own grandson. I will not do it, i refuse to do it."

She turned her back and slowly started a slow walk back to her car where a driver was waiting to drive them back to the Lin villa.

Erya, put her hands around her her mother’s back and supported her so that she wouldn’t slip and fall. While they walked, she thought about Alix’s mother and her conflicts with her mother.

The money her mother mentioned belonged to Alix’s mother. It wasn’t like she was obligated to hand it over just because she was the daughter-in-law of their family. Her mother however never saw it that way and she never would. It’s why she accepted Jing Hee easily, because she bribed her with money, jewels and other expensive gifts.

Erya looked back at the gates of Yuwen one last time before entering the car. For some reason, it felt as if the gates were mocking them. Alix that had been unloved and maltreated owned this school and all the buildings inside. Billi the piano genius that they all thought would lead the family to billionaire status did not even own half of a two storied building.

Now, they had a male child in the family, a proper heir and Billi was to be kicked aside by her brother as his heir. Alix on the other hand did not even need the inheritance anymore.

Erya shook her head and sighed. Surely, it was time to make amends with Alix. Why couldn’t her mother see that?

Lin Erya knew that there would be chaos once more at the Lin villa when she heard her mother say, "Just wait and see and how I clean up that little wench Billi for daring to lie to me."

The truth was that Billi didn’t lie and Yuewei was truly at the school, only he hadn’t left on foot. He had the school with his younger brothers inside a car.

The car that they used had dark windows so none of the boys noticed the old woman. As for the twins, they wouldn’t even know who she was if they saw her because they had no idea who she was.

The three boys were already at Alix and Caishen’s home in blossom courts. At the moment, they were standing around nervously because they had never been in a house with items as expensive as the ones they were seeing around.

Alix was aware of how nervous they were so she was trying to keep them comfortable as she introduced them.

"Nanny Luo, these are my younger brothers Yuewei, Wei and Gang. My father has been busy in the last few years and these are the gifts."

Nanny Luo was quite concerned when she heard about the relationship between the brothers and Alix. She held an intense dislike for Lin Qianfan so looking at three semi miniatures of him was a shocker.

"Brothers..." she croaked out.

Alix nodded. "Blood related, DNA tested and all. They will be living with us from now on because I am Wei and Gang’s full time guardian. Yuewei lives with his mother so he will be staying with us occasionally."

She looked at the boys and said, "This is my nanny Luo who raised me for a bigger part of my life. You can call her grandma Luo or nanny Luo like me. She can be trusted with anything. If you need to talk about anything and I am not around go to her."

Nanny Luo looked at the boys closely and sighed. No matter how many times she looked, they still resembled Lin Qianfan.

She new for a fact that Lin Qianfan would not sit by and do nothing about his sons living here. As soon as he found out, chaos would follow.

Alix stood up and gestured at them. "Follow me, I will show you to your bedrooms. Do you want to share or sleep in independent rooms?"

"Share." Wu Wei said immediately.

Alix was expecting this response from the protective Wu Wei. Wu Gang could not be left to sleep on his own according to the principal of the orphanage, he scared easily.

"I will share as well." Yuewei said.

He surprised her. As only child, he was probably used to sleeping on his own. That sleep over must have been really good for him to decide to share a room with his brothers.
