Married For Now-Chapter 141: UNREQUITED LOVE
Chapter 141: UNREQUITED LOVE
THIS BASTARD is crazy.
Lee Junsu had always known that Sanha wasn’t sane.
And he’s a mysterious person from the start.
But since he could control him, he didn’t hesitate to say ’yes’ when the bastard asked him to date him.
Now I know it was a bad decision.
"You’re scaring me, Sanha Hyung," Lee Junsu said indifferently, then he yanked out the IV drip attached to his arm. Of course, it bled quite a lot. It hurt a bit, but he could tolerate that much pain. "Sangwoo Hyung, let’s get out of here."
He called his manager.
Lee Junsu remembered fainting after almost drowning.
But the fact that he only had an IV drip when he woke up meant his life wasn’t in danger. Thank goodness. He thought he was going to die when Sanha threw him into the sea.
That bastard knew I didn’t know how to swim.
It was a fact that every Kosmos fan (including his solo stans) was aware of.
"Babe, if you wanted to take the IV drip off, you should have just told me," Sanha said in a disappointed voice while shaking his head. "Now you’re bleeding."
Sanha grabbed Lee Junsu’s bleeding arm.
He tried to pull his arm away from the bastard, but he didn’t let go.
Then Sanha got distracted when his manager finally talked.
"Why are you in a hurry to leave, Junsu-ya?" Sangwoo, his manager, asked as if nothing was weird about the overall situation. "You can’t leave because you’re supposed to be in a coma after almost drowning."
"What?!"
"Don’t worry, babe," Sanha said while gently wiping the blood off Lee Junsu’s arm with a cotton. He probably dipped it in rubbing alcohol because it stung a bit. "I’m also supposed to be in the same condition as you."
"What do you mean by that?"
"We both fell into a comatose state after almost drowning when we escaped the burning yacht," Sanha said, amused, as if the story he was telling didn’t involve them. "So, even though our fans are worried sick about us, they can’t help but think it’s "romantic" how we both end up in a critical condition together. It’s as if the "till death do us part" of our supposed marriage had already come true for them."
If Sanha had already gotten that much reaction from the public, then...
"How long was I out?"
"We’ve already been "out" for a day," Sanha explained, looking up at him. "The reporters are still camping out in front of the hospital, while the stubborn ones have probably entered by disguising themselves or something. That’s why you can’t leave yet, Junsu-ya. Not until my preparations are complete, at least."
"I don’t know why you’re doing this, but I have no intention of understanding how your twisted mind works," Lee Junsu, scoffing, before he yanked his arm away from Sanha’s grasp. "But I’m not going to play along with whatever you’re planning."
"Junsu-ya."
"Sangwoo Hyung, let’s go," Lee Junsu said, looking at his manager. "Let’s go to the company. I need to talk to the CEO."
Why the hell would his boss agree to Sanha’s plan?
Is it because the more dramatic the situation is, the more clout we get?
Tsk.
Capitalism is truly a scary thing.
"What?" Shaman Crystal asked as if she was confused. "That kid doesn’t know yet?"
Lee Junsu didn’t want to admit this, but the shaman’s words made him nervous.
He could already tell that something was unusual in this situation.
But he wanted to get away from Sanha first before figuring out what the hell was going on. Unfortunately, he couldn’t leave.
And I have a feeling they won’t let me leave— especially Sanha.
"Just what the hell is going on here?" Lee Junsu asked, stepping away from Sanha. "And why aren’t you listening to me, Sangwoo Hyung? You’re my manager, and your job is to protect me. Can’t you see that Sanha Hyung is acting strange?"
"Junsu-ya, I have a confession to make," Sangwoo said, smiling apologetically at Lee Junsu. "My real boss is Sanha-ssi and not you, not the company either."
To say that Lee Junsu was surprised would be an understatement.
I’ve always thought that Sanha Hyung and Sangwoo Hyung were close, but I thought it was only because both of them were friendly...!
"Poor child— you seriously didn’t notice anything strange for the past few years?"
Now Lee Junsu’s gaze fell on Shaman Crystal who was looking at him with pity. "Are you working for Sanha Hyung as well, Madam?"
"Most of the people around you are working for your boyfriend, dear," Shaman Crystal said, clicking her tongue while shaking her head. "Do you think I would offer my services to a poor high schooler like you back then?"
Ah.
So, Shaman Crystal approached Lee Junsu back in high school because of Sanha?
But I only met Sanha Hyung when our groups debuted around the same time...
It only meant one thing.
Lee Junsu looked at Sanha. "How long have you known me, you creepy bastard?"
Yeah, that could be the only explanation.
I met Shaman Crystal when I was in high school. So, if Sanha Hyung sent the shaman to me back then, it only means he already knew me way before I debuted as an idol.
"Sanha Hyung, answer me before I get really mad."
"I’ll tell you when the time is right, babe," Sanha said, grabbing Lee Junsu’s arm a little tighter this time. And then he suddenly stabbed Lee Junsu’s forearm with what seemed like a fountain pen. "Let’s talk again after you wake up."
Lee Junsu wanted to curse at Sanha, but whatever the bastard injected in him worked immediately— rendering him unconscious before he could even open his mouth.
Dammit...

"WE’RE MOVING Lee Junsu to my safe house," Sanha said firmly while looking at the sleeping Lee Junsu on the bed. "Get ready."
"Yes, sir," Sangwoo answered politely. "The CEO has been informed about our plan."
It wasn’t like Sanha cared about the CEO of both of his company and Lee Junsu’s.
They’re both my puppets anyway. I just need them to take care of the annoying stuff— like dealing with the media.
Although he was an idol, he actually hated facing the reporters.
But, this time, he needed those nosy bastards.
The chaebols care a lot about their reputation. Plus, all kinds of reporters are camping out here. Some of them hate chaebols, so they can’t buy everyone’s silence.
That was why Sanha was confident that the chaebols wouldn’t act recklessly.
But that doesn’t mean they’ll stay quiet either.
However, it wasn’t like he was at a total disadvantage.
"The rat is here."
Sanha turned to Shaman Crystal whose eyes had turned completely white.
Neither he nor Sangwoo was surprised since it wasn’t the first time they saw the shaman use her Celestial Eyes.
The madam’s divine power is running low, but it’s still working.
"It’s Ilsung Group’s rat, Kim Heedo’s shadow," Shaman Crystal said in a monotonous voice. "He has successfully infiltrated the security team that’s in charge of the VIP Floor. It seems like he has taken over the identity of one of the rookies in the team."
As expected of an elite bodyguard.
"Should we call Lucky?" Sangwoo asked while holding his phone. "He’s with the guards, keeping an eye on the reporters. If we tell him that Shin Kang is posing as one of the rookie guards, then we can catch him. Lucky will recognize Shin Kang even if he’s in disguise."
"Nah, there’s no need for that," Sanha said while putting on his black gloves. "I’ll catch the Ilsung rat myself."
