Tower's Richest Player: My Coins Won't Stop Increasing-Chapter 33: Do you want a potion?
Chapter 33 - Do you want a potion?
-Clank!
-Dhum!
-Booooooooom!
-Swiiiiiiiiiiiiish!
-Swash! Swash! Swash!
There was a battle going on on the other side of the road.
The ceiling of the place was not as high as the rest of the maze. The lighting here was also dim compared to the rest of the maze as it seemed like someone had just broken one of the lights illuminating the place.
The battle was going on between a creature resembling a mix of a tiger and an owl– a creature of Level-20+ called (Owlger).
The creature itself was ferocious.
The players that were going against the creature numbers nine. And nine of these people seemed to be a complete party.
"Huup!"
The leader of the party was a male swordsman. A tall man with strong looking muscles and tall build.
He was wearing expensive looking gear– none of which seemed to be Items.
There was armor that one might find in antique shops. There was a sword in his hands that seemed to be made with cutting edge tech of today.
He was leading a party of nine that consisted of one mage that can use a Wind element skill, three other damage dealers, two tanks and one person that seemed to be a support unit.
They were a proper party, but they were facing quite some challenge against a creature that wasn't even that difficult to deal with.
The reason was obvious for that...
"Gurrrrrr...!"
"Captain!"
"Yes! Left!"
The average level of the party was (Level-10) and while some of them seemed to have an item or two, aside from increasing their stats by one or two points, these items did nothing more.
Their leader seemed to have learned some combat techniques from the way he was moving, but the Sword was definitely not made for him.
'He should be using a blunt weapon instead.'
As KiRA watched the party from some distance away, he could tell these people were citizens that had met outside of the tower.
They seemed to be around [Rank-3] on average, and from what he could see, none of them possessed any special skills or abilities.
None of them except the person that was being protected by the two shield wielding tanks.
"Hmm... interesting."

============
The young girl possessed a skill that the top mages of the tower long for. She had potential to become an actual mage within this tower.
'But it seems like they're using her as merely a threat detector.'
Mana Sensitivity was a power that allowed one to See the Mana within the atmosphere. A skill that allows one to see the different patterns of Mana in the atmosphere, a power that only those highly sensitive to Mana possessed. ƒrēenovelkiss.com
'I didn't think I'd find someone with Mana sensitivity so early.'
He had not seen anyone with this skill until now so he believed those with such a skill would have been shouted by the association already.
Those who had played the game already knew just how precious this skill was so they wouldn't wait even a second after finding out about the skill to join a big corporate or guild.
The girl that this party was carrying, however, didn't seem to be aware of her potential and powers.
'Causal Access.'
[Ding!]
============
[To obtain {Mana Sensitivity} you must separate ID: Chiika from the party and carry her to the center of the Floor.]
[Additional requirement: Sell your goods to the party at a Reasonable price.]
============
"Oh?" KiRA didn't find the first requirement favorable since he wasn't really going to the center of the floor, but the second requirement certainly attracted his attention.
"Now isn't that a fun thing?" A smirk appeared on his face as he thought about it. There was something about this situation that tingled his innate clown.
-Dhum!
"Haaa. Haaa. Finally!"
The party was able to take down the monster somehow but they were utterly exhausted right now.
Taking down a being like that tiger shouldn't give them much EXP to share among so many people, but it seemed like they were after the drops and the body parts of the creature instead of the things that they get by taking it down.
"Captain, there's no drop this time either." One of the party members announced after checking the body of the creature.
The fallen creature was something that had taken out their last hour. They had been fighting against it ever since they got in the tower.
It was their first fight and, from the looks of it, it was also their last fight of the day.
"Shit!"
The restrictions of the association on someone with a lower Rank were unreasonable. They can only enter the tower three times if they were of a low Rank. It was no good.
They did not have many chances to get what they needed, to make any profits as a party, they needed to make at least 1000 coins.
And this one tiger body was not going to fetch them anywhere near that.
"We have to keep... haaa... going." The captain himself was exhausted right now.
He was not ready to continue just yet. They needed to take a rest at the very least.
All of them needed rest, but the captain didn't seem to care much about that.
"We should... move in a bit." He just fell to the ground and took out a potion from his inventory.
They did not have any other potion and that was the only one they had brought with them in case of emergencies.
"Captain!"
"That was supposed to be the party's last resort in case of emergencies! How could you use it by yourself!?" The young girl at the back shouted at the party leader.
He had no right to do this, but the party leader didn't seem to care about her.
He simply disregarded her and focused on his breathing.
They were going to continue forward.
"That bastard..." Chiika knew he was a jerk, but she didn't think he would do something like this as well.
But they didn't have any other choice here. He was the strongest among them so they couldn't say anything to him either.
"Tsk."
She did not like this party since everyone else didn't find anything wrong with his actions either.
She joined them thinking they were strong, but she was wrong this time. They were nothing more than fools.
But then again, she didn't have a choice here. They weren't going to let her get away even if she wanted to-.
"Hello~." A voice called the party from behind and being at the very back, Chiika looked back.
An unfamiliar face was walking towards them with a friendly smile.
"Does anyone want a potion?"
She could see Mana within the atmosphere and around a person.
If the Mana around their captain was strong, the density of Mana around this person was even more impressive.
He was strong. Far stronger than any of them...
But, it didn't seem like he was here for a fight.
From the looks of it, she felt like he was there to scam them.
'Or maybe I'm just overthinking.'
She didn't know. But she knew they would find it out pretty soon now...
