The Rising Phoenix-Chapter 135: Light Element Attribute
Chapter 135: Chapter 135: Light Element Attribute
The General Rank Nightmare Wolf appeared.
"It is their boss. Everyone, be careful." Chang Jianjun shouted.
Everyone was on alert. The strongest person here was Chang Jianjun. He was a Middle Rank Congealing Channels.
Bai Xifeng approached Chang Jianjun.
"Sir Chang, here, bring this." Bai Xifeng gave an elixir to Chang Jianjun because she knew that Chang Jianjun’s Qi almost drained up.
Chang Jianjun drank the elixir. He could let his Qi increase again. He was sure that he could fight more.
"Everyone, whoever is free, attack the leader with me." Chang Jianjun shouted.
With that, everyone who did not have any opponent charged forward attacking the leader of the Nightmare Wolf.
The leader of the Nightmare Wolf was howling. His pack rushed over to his side leaving their opponent.
The leader of the Nightmare Wolf waved his tail. The wave created a sharp wind. Everyone who had been charged was hit by the wind and badly injured.
Bai Xifeng also got hit by the wind on her shoulder because she managed to avoid it at the last minute.
She looked around and checked on everyone. Only five people were not badly injured and could stand up.
Her subordinates were lying on the ground. She rushed to them not realizing she was about to get hit by the leader of Nightmare Wolf’s next attack.
One of the mercenary members, whom Bai Xifeng helped covered her from getting hit. The person fell ground. The blood flew out.
The situation became chaos. Chang Jianjun was not a match for the leader of the Nightmare Wolf. Everyone was defeated.
The Nightmare Wolf began to approach them. Probably wanted to eat them. Bai Xifeng stood up and made an earth wall.
However, the earth wall was not so strong. The leader of the Nightmare Wolf easily ruined it. He attacked Bai Xifeng. He intended to kill Bai Xifeng.
However, when he was about to launch his attack, a giant white python appeared in front of him. He could feel that he could not win if he fought with him.
The leader of the Nightmare Wolf wanted to run away but he could not escape as he had been caught by the white python.
"You should not hurt my master." Baishe bit the leader’s head and pulled it off.
Seeing their leader get defeated, the other Nightmare Wolfs ran away. They did not want to be killed yet.
Bai Xifeng went to check on her subordinates. They were badly injured. If they did not get any treatment soon, they would go to meet King Yama.
But she could not treat all of them at the same time. Once she treated the first person, the chance of others being safe might decrease.
"Baishe, what should I do? What should I do?" Bai Xifeng cried.
"Firstly, calm down," Baishe said.
Bai Xifeng knew that she could not calm down right now. Baishe knew that.
"Do you remember that you have a light element attribute? This is the time to practice it." Baishe said.
Bai Xifeng remembered that.
"No need to heal them fully. Just pull them from the brink of death. After that, you can use your skill as a pharmacist to treat them." Baishe reminded Bai Xifeng.
Bai Xifeng remembered the spell that she read from the book in the Mirror World. It was her first time using that spell. She did not know if it would be successful or not.
Bai Xifeng closed her eyes. She was focusing on her Qi. "Fuyuan!" She shouted.
Then the area was covered in the white light for several moments before returning to normal.
Bai Xifeng could see that she became very tired after using the spell. However, she forced herself to check people around.
Their conditions became better. Bai Xifeng only needed to treat their wounds. Without caring about herself, she began to give them the treatment starting with her subordinates.
After that, she moved to Chang Jianjun and his teammates. She finished treating all of them when the sky turned bright.
Bai Xifeng was afraid that other beasts would come since there was blood around.
"Don’t worry. Others would dare to come here." Baishe said.
Bai Xifeng checked their condition from time to time. She was relieved that they were recovered as they should be.
Two days after Chang Jianjun woke up. He thought he was already dead.
"You are finally waking up." Bai Xifeng smiled.
Chang Jianjun looked around seeing his teammates were bandaged.
"Are we all still alive?" Chang Jianjun could not help to ask.
"Hmm..." Bai Xifeng said.
"What happens to the Nightmare Wolfs?" Chang Jianjun asked.
"It seems they had another enemy. He came and killed the leader. As a result, other nightmare wolves ran away. As for the enemy, he left after killing the leader." Bai Xifeng told him a lie.
"So, are you the one who treating us?" Chang Jianjun asked again.
"Yes. It had been two days since that." Bai Xifeng nodded.
Chang Jianjun noticed Bai Xifeng’s pale face. It seemed Bai Xifeng had not rested since two days ago.
Then, one by one people woke up. Bai Xifeng’s subordinates also woke up. Xiao Li looked for her young miss first.
When she saw her young miss, she began to cry.
"Thank goodness you are safe." Xiao Li said in her cry.
"I am sorry." Bai Xifeng said.
Then Bai Xifeng fainted. Her subordinates became panicked.
Yu Xiaohui checked her master’s pulse.
"Young Master is just tired. She needs some rest." Yu Xiaohui said.
"It is probably because of us. He treated us and took care of us until we woke up." Chang Jianjun said.
Everyone felt grateful to Bai Xifeng after knowing what she had done to them.
....
"Xifeng, you are a weird person." Her friend, Lily said to Bai Xifeng.
"What did you say?" Bai Xifeng lifted her eyebrow.
"What kind of woman like spiders?" Lily looked at the surroundings.
It was Bai Xifeng’s laboratory. The place where Bai Xifeng studied poison. Bai Xifeng also studied about poison that the spiders had.
"I don’t think any man would like his girlfriend with a strange hobby like you," Lily commented again.
"I don’t mind living alone." Bai Xifeng said.
Lily was one of her friends who did not mind about her job and hobby. Because she was Bai Xifeng’s anime buddy.
She remembered watching an anime where the MC tranmigrated to become a saintess. The MC would heal using her power.
Bai Xifeng remembered the scene where the MC used her power to heal everyone in the room. ’Area Heal’ was the speech. Then everyone in the room made a speedy recovery.
Bai Xifeng should try to shout the spell. She wanted to see if the spell could be used.
Bai Xifeng slowly opened her eyes. Xiao Li was sitting beside her. She growled.
"Young Master, are you okay?" Xiao Li asked.
"Young master is awake?" Yu Xiaohui looked over.
"Hmm... I will get some fresh water." Yu Nianzu said. He stood up and left.
Bai Xifeng looked around and saw a different place. "Where are we?"
"Sir Chang told us to move our location since the bodies of the nightmare wolves began to rot. It gave a bad smell." Yu Xiaohui reported to Bai Xifeng.
"How is your body?" Bai Xifeng asked.
"We are fine, Master. The wound is healing finely." Xiao Li said.
"It is really great to hear that." Bai Xifeng smiled.
"Master, please give this." Yu Nianzu came back with fresh and cold water.
Bai Xifeng drank it. She really was feeling better.
"Young Master Long, you are finally waking up." Chang Jianjun and his teammates came and greeted Bai Xifeng.
"Hmm... Sorry for the trouble." Bai Xifeng said.
"No need to feel sorry. You also treated and protected us when we all were injured." Chang Jianjun said.
"Yeah... We are very grateful to you."
"We think if you are not here, we might lose our lives that day."
"That’s right!"
"We are going to leave the outer part and go to the middle part of the Sophia Mountain. We still need to complete the quest." Chang Jianjun informed Bai Xifeng.
"I see. We will leave Sophia Mountain and go to a nearby city." Bai Xifeng said.
"That’s right." Chang Jianjun said.
Actually, he was worried about leaving Bai Xifeng’s group here. If Bai Xifeng’s group decided to leave the mountain, he would not be so worried about them.
