Chapter 211: Injured?

The children were all silent.

They looked at Silas with various expressions but amazement definitely existed. Because they could remember the days when their patriarchs were all having difficulties dealing with a single ghost alone.

Silas rushed over and saw the children were fine. He heaved a sigh of relief. "Come with me. We have to go away from here."

"Yes!"

The children nodded and followed Silas.

Aya swept her gaze to look at these children’s expressions.

Evan looked amazed and it was the kind of pure amazement. After all, Evan had always known that Silas is very strong.

Yun looked stunned, partially in disbelief. It might be because she thought of her uncle as the best magic warrior but Silas easily proved that it was not true. Well, she would be able to accept this with some time. frёeweɓηovel.coɱ

Dean was amazed and full of fighting spirit. He seemed to be ready to practice more so that he could become as strong as Silas even if they were in different field

The last one, Leon, had both amazement and a complicated look. It was clear that he was somewhat envious because the two of them were from the Black Family, yet their result was very different.

Aya knew that talent is innate.

It was hard for them to advance if their talents were not good enough.

Hard work could help them to slowly catch up to those who were talented, but they have to work extra harder just to be able to catch up slightly.

This is their difference.

Aya didn’t know how the situation in the Black Family is, but if Leon and Silas’s relationship had a fallout, it was estimated that the two of them wouldn’t be able to get along at all.

And this would be bad for the Black Family.

Drap! Drap! Drap!

There was no time for Aya to think as they ran away from the location.

The ghosts were still rushing to that location.

"What happened?" Nathan and Nisa caught up and found them running away, so they also followed in running.

"I don’t know, but these ghosts are coming to this area. We have to get away from here as soon as possible," Silas replied.

"That’s because of that powder!" Yun quickly replied.

The others looked at her while they were still running in the forest and Yun quickly explained what happened before. She was basically the only one who could speak because she was being carried by Dean while the others were running.

Hearing Yun’s explanation as they ran away, Silas and the others knew what had happened just now.

Silas quickly looked at Aya and saw that her right hand was scorched. The sleeves were torn and it could be seen that her right hand suffered burns to a certain degree.

He frowned.

"Can you still run, Aya?" Silas quickly asked.

"Huh?" Aya asked back. She still has some physical strength left but fighting that man did exhaust her to a certain degree. After all, she used her entire physical strength but her mana was still in the ’system’ and was not completely used up. If she were to use her entire magic, she could easily replenish her strength.

The problem is, Aya couldn’t do that.

"I’ll carry you." Evan saw his cousin like this and frowned. If Aya were to fall in the middle, it would be bad for them.

"I..."

Swish!

Before Evan could lift Aya up, Silas crouched in front of Aya and held her to his back with the help of his shadow. It was just like how Dean carried Yun.

"I’m faster. Let’s go."

"Yes!"

Yun blinked her eyes and saw her teacher with her beautiful eyes. There was a hint of mischievous light and she felt as if she had seen something interesting.

They ran for quite a long distance before they finally stopped. The ghost didn’t chase after them and this distance was enough.

They found a small cave and rested there.

Silas put Aya down and Yun quickly stepped forward and resumed the healing. She frowned when she saw Aya’s hand and said, "I need to use rank 3 healing spells."

"It’s that bad?" Aya frowned.

She had assessed her own injury and felt that it was not that bad. With her own light magic, she could completely recover.

Then again, her light magic had basically reached rank 9.

If it was not because of her lack of mana, she could even use the powerful healing magic to regrow limbs. So this kind of injury was actually light in Aya’s eyes.

But for Yun who was only a rank 3 light mage, Aya’s injury was really bad. It had even touched Aya’s nerves and if she was not careful, she might hurt Aya even more.

Yun nodded and drank mana potion. After she felt her magic was enough she held Aya’s hand and casted, "I’m the messenger of light. Let me borrow your healing power and use your light to recover, recovery light."

The light magic shone from Yun’s hand and covered Aya’s hand.

Yun felt beads of sweat on her forehead because she could see that Aya was recovering under the light but it was done slowly but surely.

Aya saw this and silently urged the light magic in her body to assist.

She knew that this injury was above what Yun could heal with only rank 3 magic.

Soon, the spell was over.

The state of Aya’s hand was better but the surface was still somewhat red in color, which was out of tune with her skin. It looked a bit ugly and strange if one had to say.

Aya didn’t really mind it.

But Yun felt distressed.

"You shouldn’t have fought against him on your own." Evan also felt uncomfortable when he saw Aya’s hand. He knew very well that if Aya hadn’t fought against that man on her own, this would not have happened.

"I’m fine," Aya said and retracted her hand back.
