Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System-Chapter 675: Ankaara’s Curiosity [Bonus]
Chapter 675: Ankaara’s Curiosity [Bonus]
"No way..." Gorzak appeared in the healing training ground, took Kent’s scaly fist, and started examining it.
"No way that was just 1%," Gorzak said, not believing it one bit. He is a body cultivator whose body has already reached the stage of Sage Body cultivation.
And thanks to recalling some of his memories, he knew how to utilize their bloodline strength in combat.
Also, now that his bloodline had awakened and even strengthened, he wanted to ask Kaizo to spar with him; to see who had the strongest body and bloodline.
He had high hopes that his bloodline would be able to counter Kaizo’s overwhelming strength despite being just a Diamond Body cultivator.
He knew Kaizo was stronger; in fact, as someone from a race that respects brute strength, he held Kaizo in high esteem.
But hearing that Kent used just one percent of his bloodline to obliterate Kaizo’s 5% bloodline—that just didn’t seem realistic or sound authentic to Gorzak.
And he wasn’t the only one. All the legion just couldn’t believe that one percent of their master’s bloodline was strong enough to counter and even overpower Kaizo’s 5% bloodline.
They surrounded him like tigers.
However, what they dont know is that Kent was more shocked than they were.
"I am not lying because, while it may sound so unbelievable, I can only channel 1% of my bloodline... my body is still too weak to handle more than 1%," Kent smiled, saying that.
He may have awakened 16% of his bloodline, but despite being at the Diamond Body cultivation stage, he can only channel 1%.
Kaizo had already started healing quite fast, so he moved closer and examined Kent’s fist like his brothers and sisters were doing.
After a few minutes, he smiled. "That was dangerous, master... I expected you to also use 5% of your bloodline to counter mine... but to think that just 1% is already this monstrous..."
Kaizo shook his head and smiled.
"Master, may I ask, what is your bloodline?" Nykali, the Shade King, asked.
The only reason they would truly believe was if their master showed evidence. Using just one percent of his bloodline was too incomprehensible to them.
"Nothing flashy about my bloodline... but since you asked, then why not?" Kent smiled. "I have the Primordial Chaos Dragon Bloodline... in other words, I am a Chaos Dragon."
They nodded...
"Dragons are naturally powerful, so it is no wonder the master was able to wreck Kaizo," Zharkaz, the dragon general, said, smiling at Kaizo.
The brute just ignored him.
Of course, the others were the same. Although they had no idea what it meant to be the Chaos Dragon, they knew that dragons, like Zharkaz, have stronger bloodlines and bodies.
Although Zharkaz was a dragon too, he was all talk and no show.
Kaizo gave him a good beating during their fight. Perhaps, now that he had awakened his bloodline, he would have some luck when they faced each other again.
But for now, they all seem to come to terms with the fact that Kent indeed used just 1% of his bloodline.
Of course, they didn’t have their memories, so knowing about the Chaos Dragon was impossible. If only they knew they were in the presence of royalty.
Well, there was one person among them who had her memories intact...
Ankaara eyed Kent for a few seconds, thinking.
’He can’t be him, right... I mean, from what my mother told me... the Chaos Dragon was the strongest being to have ever lived... Master Kent is just... not there.’
She narrowed her gaze at Kent, but regardless of how much she thought, she couldn’t come to terms with Kent being the Chaos Dragon.
’Mother said the Chaos Dragon vanished and hasn’t been seen again. She never said he died... so this can’t be him... maybe his descendant.’
’But what if he is him... what if he truly is the Chaos Dragon who reincarnated?’ This question left her wondering many things. It felt both conflicting and oddly intriguing to find out.
’Asking him won’t hurt... but how should I ask him without making it seem like I’m being nosy... though on the other hand, if he is the Chaos Dragon, that will explain using 1% of his bloodline to shatter Kaizo’s arm and wreck his body.’
After thinking for a while, Ankaara decided to ask...
"Master, I have a question... You can choose not to answer if it is too personal." Kent nodded. "Go ahead, Ankaara."
"Are you in any way related to the infamous Chaos Dragon that stood at the peak of power during the Primordial Era?"
After giving it careful thought, she devised this approach. It encompassed everything. This wouldn’t make her appear nosy, but even if it did, the question seemed general enough.
Kent could choose not to answer, and it wouldn’t look like he had disappointed her... but she truly needed an answer.
This was because, while she believed in Kent and knew one day he would help her get her revenge on her family, having the Chaos Dragon as her master would boost her confidence even further.
Kent studied her expression for a few seconds and then smiled. "Before I answer your question, tell me what you know about the Chaos Dragon."
Instead of answering, he asked for more context. Ankaara was eager to answer Kent’s question before he even asked it.
"I know that he existed during the Primordial Era. Some say he came from a world called Lumen, while others claim he originated from the Primal Abyss. However, one common thing is that people are aware of him and that he was terrifyingly strong.
I don’t have much authority to open the ancient scrolls, but from what I know, his legend has gone on for millions of years. Some even called him the Father of Body Tempering, while others claim he paved the way for body cultivators to attain godhood.
However, as I said, I’m not familiar with him. I just have bits and pieces of his legend... but he was a dignified person nonetheless."
Kent smiled and then smirked. Slowly, he burst into resounding laughter. His legion watches him with puzzled looks.
"First off, that bastard was no dignified person. I mean, what kind of brute goes about slaughtering left, right, and center without even asking a question?
His mind is all about fighting and slaughter. So, calling him dignified is the last thing you should," Kent smirked. "Though I have to say, he was indeed a good body cultivator... a terrific one at that, and he was indeed powerful.
But, jeez, to think he would be classified among dignified legends. I mean, what were these people thinking, spreading false rumors about me..." Ankaara’s eyes widened.
"Nice meeting you, Ice Fairy. I go by many names... You can call me Kent, which is my real name, by the way. But I was also known as Chaos back in the day..."
