Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System-Chapter 669: Awakening of the Dragon Necromancer
Chapter 669: Awakening of the Dragon Necromancer
Kent spent several hours talking to his wives, ensuring he understood what was happening in their cultivation paths and what he could do to help them.
However, after hours, he found out Vexthra took care of all their needs, so all he could do was reward her with sex, which he did.
During the process of sharing this gift with her sisters, too, the tower informed Kent that something was happening in the Legion Tower.
So he had to leave.
The moment he appeared inside the Legion Tower, he was met with a quaking environment and a dense atmosphere filled with a terrifying necrotic aura.
Kent’s attention was drawn to the black cocoon that had been standing there for several years. Inside was the Hunter—the very hunter sent to kill Kent, but then she ended up losing her undead abominations.
Good enough for her, Kent picked her as his servant through the direction of the tower. Kent even gave her a gift the moment she became his servant.
Ever since then, she had been in a comatose state. However, it seems that she is now awakening, and the aura emanating from her suggests that she is developing into a powerful necromancer with great potential.
One would wonder why that was possible…
Naturally, she spent 50 years inside the cocoon, but in reality, she spent 50,000 years. When the cocoon formed, she entered a different state, like some trial where she was a swordsman just like Kent, and she, in one way or another, became his servant.
However, the moment she became Kent’s servant, her trust level was at 2%. It was a realm where it felt real, and for her to come out of it, she had to raise her trust level to 80%.
It took her 50,000 years.
She could have come out sooner, but she struggled to trust Kent to the extent that they had progressed from mortal stages to immortality before she managed to raise her trust level to 80%.
The moment she did, she woke up inside the cocoon, and that was when the gift Kent had given her took effect. Now, she is awakening a new life, almost like a rebirth, and the phenomenon happening shows that she is coming out powerful.
Kent watched as the cocoon slowly cracked and then gradually fell apart. When the last piece of the cocoon fell away, a figure could be seen seated in a lotus posture, dark lightning snaking around her arms.
She had long, dark hair and a cracked mask on her face, which quickly dissolved, revealing her pale face. She bore a tattoo of a skull on her forehead and a dark, bone-like Septer resting on her lap.
Looking at the beautiful lady clad in elegant yet tattered fabric, Kent couldn’t help but smile. He could see it—the hunter had become someone like him.
“She is now a dragon, a forbidden type of dragon… one of the ancient ones, the Abyssal Dragon.” Kent smiled, happy for the Hunter.
However, his happiness wasn’t all for Hunter; he was glad one of Chaos’s dreams was fulfilled.
The Primal Bone Tempering Art he received from Leviathan back when he went to the Primal Chaos to train came from the Abyssal Dragon, the mother of the Abyssal Leviathans.
However, as far as he was concerned, the Abyssal Dragon had died several years before Chaos came into existence, so this was all too good for Kent, who was seeing someone of legend, even during the primordial era.
During the primordial era, they used to say, “Two were made. One was the Abyss, and the other was Chaos.” Of course, Chaos was much more terrifying than the Abyss, but it was the darkness that paved the way for Chaos to dominate.
Without the Primal Bone Tempering Art, Chaos would have been set back several years. Perhaps he wouldn’t have even risen to prominence.
Seeing one of his subordinates awaken the bloodline of such a terrifying dragon, he couldn’t help but be happy.
ROAR.
Suddenly, a powerful roar came from the Hunter’s direction. Behind her stood a terrifying red dragon. Two majestic horns were mounted on its head, and its enormous wings spread several meters wide.
With just a glance, Kent knew that the dragon was undead and that its true cultivation base had already entered the Immortal stage. It was just that it had been suppressed to Peak Core Formation.
Hunter opened her eyes and locked gazes with Kent. It took a couple of minutes, but eventually, she smiled, signaling to Kent that it was time to approach her.
When he got close, the red dragon roared again. However, Kent smirked and activated his dragon eyes, causing his purple eyes to turn golden.
The red dragon folded its wings when it saw this.
“Good boy…” Kent laughed and looked at Hunter.
“So, how should we call you… Hunter or Yi Lai?”
“I prefer Yi Lai. That is my real name, and now that I am a new person, I wouldn’t want to go back to my old life again,” Yi Lai said, standing up.
Kent nodded and then turned to his legion. “Gather around, everyone.”
They all appeared around him in under a second. The red dragon standing behind Yi Lai stared at Zharkaz, the other dragon in the tower, then folded his wings further, assuming his human form.
However, unlike Kent’s human form, the red dragon’s transformation still retained his horns and a few dragon scales on his arms and forehead.
Though that only made him appear handsome and deadly. Kent knew something profound had happened to Yi Lai to come out with such a dragon, but for now, he just wanted to introduce everyone.
“Everyone, this is Yi Lai, the new addition to the legion and your new sister.” The legion smiled, showing their welcoming faces.
Kent then introduced everyone. When he was done, they moved away to a more suitable place and sat down.
Though this was Yi Lai’s moment, Kent wanted to use the time to do something even more important: awaken their true names.
It took some time, but he managed to invoke their true names, causing great changes to happen.
If initially they were all monstrous beasts that could devour thousands of mountains of lava, incinerating anything in their path, then, after their true name awakening, they became more relatable and humanoid like Ankaara—something they all wanted.
