NTR GACHA-Chapter 204: Kind Of Bad?
Chapter 204: Kind Of Bad?
Leo was standing on the road where Astra had told him the monsters were coming from, but he didn’t see anything. Though he could sense the creatures lingering in the shadows as the snow covered everything.
He grinned before summoning an army of Demonic Knights that appeared all around him like a dark wave as he ordered. ’’Bring me any creatures you can find! Do not kill any until I check them over.’’
The giant soldiers saluted and rushed into the snowstorm that was battering the fortress, prompting him to cast a barrier to take the strain off the armies’ mages while thinking. ’This isn’t using too much energy; that’s good. It will only give the soldiers a morale boost’
Following that, Leo waved his hand, creating a comfortable sofa alongside a veranda that he laid on while waiting for the knights to bring back. He quickly heard the devil soldiers he converted going crazy in the distance.
’Now there’s so many of them its unreal,’ he mused before pulling out some cooked monster meat and started eating. ’Well they will be good to use against the empire.’
While sitting there, he enjoyed watching the snow pile up outside the barrier that was protecting them from the cold weather. As Leo admired the landscape, he spotted herds of Winter Deer wandering around.
After seeing these creatures, he quickly ordered his Demonic Soldiers not to capture the beasts. ’’I don’t need some grass-munching monster for the war ahead,’’ he muttered, a low chuckle rumbling in his chest.
Moments later, Dark appeared with an enraged expression as she ranted about angels and her sister. This scene makes him laugh even more. Her head snapped in his direction, causing a beautiful smile to appear.
’’Husband!’’ she exclaimed before jumping into his lap with a big smile. ’’I was wondering why I was looking at a wall of now, but it makes sense now.’’
Leo embraced her tight while putting his chin on her shoulder as he replied. ’’Astra said monsters were attacking the scouts, so I’m out here to capture them. I want to see if they’re worth adding the things to my army.’’
The Dark Goddess’s face lit up at his words, and she surged forward, capturing his lips in a passionate kiss that sent a shiver racing down his spine, but he quickly reciprocated while holding her thick waist.
Following that, she revealed with an annoyed smile. ’’Sister has summoned more angels to compete with your army, my love. These are stronger than the previous pigeons I’ve seen before.’’
’’Interesting,’’ he muttered just as the knights appeared carrying wild humans. ’’It doesn’t matter, my soldiers are growing stronger every day.’’
Leo waved his hand and started transforming them into his new soldiers as they let out screams of agony while their bodies shifted. Minutes later, they stood up and looked to be Demonic Scouts.
When spotting them his smile grew wider as he thought. ’Perfect, we need all kinds of different troops for the war.’’
Following that, the knights returned with more creatures and humanoids which got transformed within seconds which burned away loads of his mana but he sucked in more from the world.
Once Leo was full, he turned toward his new soldiers and dismissed them to his shadow just as the storm got worse, the snow started falling heavier. The cold air finally breached his shield.
’’This skill is amazing. I didn’t think it would be this overpowered, but it pleases me to no end,’’ Dark said with a chuckle. ’’My sister’s angels won’t be able to stand up against them, especially since you can resummon them when they’re destroyed.’’
He nodded with a knowing smile. ’’Yes, it’s one of the reasons why we won the last battle with Duskwood. If I used the normal army, we would have lost so many men and women, that means less people to build our empire.’’
Moments later, Astra and Veladra appeared under the veranda from the fortress with excited expressions when seeing him relaxing. The Demon Queen commented. ’’Leo, have you dealt with those monsters yet? I want to check out the Duskwood Empire.’’
’’Currently underway beautiful,’’ he replied with a charming smile, which made the three women’s hearts race. ’’They are wild humans and other humanoids that appear in the colder weather.’’
When the two women heard this, they smiled before Valedra added. ’’Once the snowstorm stops, the humans will attack. The funny thing is that no one in the empire knows how powerful you are husband; even their gods should be afraid.’’
Leo chuckled, raising his hand with glowing eyes and sending more mana into the shield while speaking. ’’Dark wanted a God Killer, and that’s what she’s got, there’s no stopping me now. I’ll butcher any enemy that tries to stop me from bringing peace to the continent.’’
The three women nodded in understanding as Astra responded with a big smile. ’’That’s good, my love. I’m going to prepare some scouts to check out the surrounding landscape. I bet the humans are sneaking around.’’
’’My Demonic Knights are corralling the last of the creatures,’’ he said with a faint smile. ’’Once they’re finished, I’ll join you.’’
Veladra and the queen each pressed a tender kiss to his cheek; afterward, they enveloped him in a warm embrace before turning to depart for the fortress. After they were gone, Dark glanced at him with a knowing smile.
’’Your charm is devilish handsome, and I love seeing it affect other women,’’ she teased with a giggle.
The couple lingered, their eyes fixed on the knights as they herded hundreds of creatures toward them. With a thought and a shit ton of mana, Leo changed the prisoners into his soldiers.
Moments later, he watched as their forms twisted into something greater before he banished them to the shadows with a wave. While the scene unfolded, it caused him to think with a greedy expression. ’I’ll keep collecting humans and other creatures to make my army even bigger.’
Hours slipped by as the Demonic Knights tirelessly purged the remaining monsters from the land surrounding the fortress that would allow the scouts and soldiers to patrol the northern part of Duskwood.
This continued for hours until no more creatures appeared and the place was now safe to travel thanks to him. With the task complete, Leo and Dark made their way back to the fortress while noticing all the demihumans patrolling the wall.
As they stepped inside, they were greeted by the sight of hundreds of troops milling about, their breath visible in the chill air as they huddled together for warmth. When Leo saw this, he sent hot air shooting through the barrier, which helped everyone.
Dark let out a soft giggle, her voice gentle as she spoke. ’’It’s sweet, you know, how you care for them in your unique way. I’m glad to see the power hasn’t twisted your head.’’
He glanced at the goddess with a knowing smile. ’’Yes, they are the citizens of my empire and will help me build it into something great, something ever lasting. There’s no point treating them badly as people grow stronger when encouraged by their leaders.’’
When the older woman heard this, she beamed. ’’Yes, that’s why I took the risk in creating you, to help this chaotic world not destroy it. The other Gods grew lazy and greedy, treating their worshippers terribly.’’
She turned to him, her dark eyes shimmering with an otherworldly glow as she finished her thought. ’’It’s the opposite of everything our father stood for. I was afraid you’d slip into that abyss, lose yourself, and tear apart everything you know, like our kind so often does.’’
Leo waved her worries away with a confident chuckle. ’’I have no plans to destroy anything but you women in bed and have you trembling under me,’’ he revealed.
His words took her by surprise, throwing her off balance. She stumbled, but he caught the goddess in his arms, flashing a charming smile. ’’Careful, beautiful. We don’t want you to fall over. I won’t always be here to catch you.’’
With that, he resumed walking, leaving Dark flustered, her face and even her ears flushing a deep red, a sight he found utterly adorable. Ten minutes later, the couple arrived at their quarters that was being guarded by his knights.
Once inside, Leo stretched before sitting in front of the fire as the warm air washed through the place. The other women were gossiping among themselves as the sound of the wind picked up.
Agatha passed by, prompting him to ask the brunette. ’’What is winter like here at the center of the continent?’’
The princess paused mid-step, rubbing her chin thoughtfully before responding with a playful smile. ’’Kind of bad? Well, it depends on the year. Some winters are bitterly cold, while others are surprisingly mild.’’
Leo nodded, taking her words in stride. He reached into his Item Box, pulled out a bottle of ale, and took a swig just as a deep rumble of thunder rolled through the sky above, causing some of the women to look up.
