Pain continued, "Then tell me, is it any different from making my family, my comrades, and my village the same as this one? You are shinobi of Konoha!"

"Why do you claim to represent peace and justice?" Naruto asked, utterly bewildered.

The Deva Path of Pain looked upwards, his thoughts slowly drifting back to the past.]

And at this moment,

The screen began to reveal the scenes within Pain's memory.
