My system allows me to copy talents-Chapter 744: Simulation Box
Hidden behind the veil of misty clouds, the luminescent moon shone accompanied by the glittering stars. The wind rustled gently in the surroundings carrying a scent of freshness along with it.
Gradually, the clouds parted, revealing the blooming moon hidden behind it.
The soothing glow of the moonlight crept inside Hiro's room, illuminating the room in a silvery glow.
Hiro's silhouette cast long on the carpeted floor as he leaned against the window railing.
Like a polished jade glowing brilliantly under light, his visage shone ethereally as the soothing glow of the moonlight fell on it. Under the glow of the moonlight, as he stood by the window, he looked like a character straight out of a painting.
"The moon is beautiful today," Hiro mumbled, a smile tugging his lips.
All of a sudden, a gust of wind rustled violently, making him squinch his eyes. A chilling sensation coursed through his skin as he felt the breeze.
The windows rattled.
"Looks like a storm is coming," Hiro mumbled after the gust passed him.
Looking from afar, the sky looked serene. However, Hiro couldn't help but feel unsettled.
"The final is coming and we have drawn a difficult opponent. Unlike the opponents we have faced before they're fast and quick-witted."
While thinking about the upcoming final, Hiro's expression turned solemn. He couldn't bring himself to enjoy the tranquil sky before him.
After managing a narrow victory over Real Madrid in the semi-finals, they had secured a spot in the finals.
Though they were excited about their placement, they couldn't help but feel restless since they had already lost quite a lot of finals.
The Champions League had been elusive for them.
Be it the supporters or the club officials, everyone desired it. However, it had remained elusive until now. Though they managed to get close to it on multiple occasions, it remained out of their reach.
Hence, the atmosphere around the club has been a bit unsettling in recent days.
Hiro could feel the tenseness in the air. He could sense the shift in the atmosphere. He could palpably feel their anxiousness.
"I want to win it for the supporters," Hiro mumbled staring at the distant street.
"I know it's late in the night but shall I train for a while before sleep?"
"System, activate the Simulation World"
Hiro sat cross-legged on the floor before willing the system to activate the recent skill he had acquired after achieving a major achievement.
[Activating Simulation World…]
The world around him blurred and his consciousness started to falter as the skill activated. Soon, Hiro found himself inside a pitch.
The world around him looked identical to the pitch he had been before.
However, outside the pitch lay a pitch-black darkness that blocked his vision. Though he curiously tried to walk through it before, Hiro found himself unable to do so.
Except for the fact that it lacked the crowd, the world mimicked a football field perfectly.
It was like a different world inside him.
Hiro had been startled when he witnessed it for the first time. However, he got accustomed to it after multiple tries.
"I still can't tell if it's my imagination or I got transported to a different world," Hiro mumbled looking into the distance. Then he bent down and grabbed some strands of grass, "Even the sensation of grass feels real"
"Well, I'll figure it out eventually. But let's start practicing, shall we?"
Then he began to imagine a bunch of players. Every imagination bred the birth of anonymous individuals shrouded in pitch-black darkness.
These individuals were shaped differently as if they belonged to the shadows of different individuals. However, none of them had a face.
Though their facial structure was that of a human, they looked more like shadows than humans.
Hiro still couldn't get used to seeing these unidentifiable individuals. Their figure looked grotesque for some reason.
Hiro, however, could recognize each individual here.
After all, it was he who had created these individuals.
"Can't you make them more like a living person? I mean, how difficult is it for you to create their faces?" Hiro couldn't help but complain while looking at their hideous appearances.
The system didn't respond.
Hiro didn't continue to pester either. He knew he couldn't do anything about it. Well, he only cared about their traits and not their appearances either way.
As long as these simulations could simulate the traits of the individuals he had imagined, he was satisfied with it.
Hiro called these shadow-like individuals, "Shadow Puppets"
"Alright then, I've created my team. Now, let's create the opposing team." Hiro mused as he stared at the other side of the pitch.
Immediately, a swarm of Shadow Puppets emerged from the ground. Each individual looked different and identical from each other at the same time.
Hiro's eyes flared with resolve, his lips revealing a malicious grin.
"Now, let's get started, shall we…"
Inside this space, Hiro could simulate every aspect of the match. By entering a state of extreme concentration, he could replay past matches or preview upcoming games with remarkable accuracy.
With this ability, he could train mentally even without physical training.
Be it a freekick, a one-on-one duel with some particular individuals, or one vs eleven, he could visualize anything with remarkable accuracy.
Truly it was a cheat-like skill.
"Ah right before we start, I should create different outfits for us. It would be confusing if all of them looked the same."
Just with a bit of imagination, their outfits changed.
Looking at the change, Hiro couldn't help but grin, "Thank God! I could at least do this much. Otherwise, this skill would have been a complete waste."
"Now then, shall we get started…"
Hiro then began to train. With the limited information he had in his hand, he couldn't fully recreate the persona of the individuals he had created.
This would mean there would always be room for unpredictability.
Hence, he couldn't rely fully on it.
However, the result he obtained here still proved accurate. It was also a great training resource for him to prepare for the matches.
