" Here you go ~ " Konan was broken out of her daze as she heard Itsuki's voice causing her to gaze at the counter in front of her.

" What's this ? " Konan asked curiously as she admired the beautiful dish in front of her which should be a cake.

" Cherry Blossom Cake ,.... Try it ~ " Itsuki watched with a smile as he waited for Konan to try his creation.

Konan was a bit reluctant to eat this beautiful piece of cake but at the same time her mouth was watering at the thought of tasting this delicacy.

In the end she just gritted her teeth and took a bite as the temptation was too much.

Konan was in a daze as she felt like an explosion of fireworks happened inside her head.

After coming out of her daze she quickly stuffed another piece of the cake into her mouth and she had a look of enjoyment on her face as she savoured the taste in her mouth.

The clink of her fork against the plate brought her back to the reality that the cake was finished.

She couldn't help but gaze at Itsuki a bit intensely, she was sure that just for his cooking she would have married him if she had met him earlier.

That's how good he was.....

" Don't startle the snake alright" Itsuki called out to Konan who was about to leave.

" I won't " Konan replied with a nod as she left through the front door and was back in the bustling streets of Konoha.

She understood what Itsuki meant by not startling the snake , even without him reminding her she wouldn't do anything suspicious to alert Obito.

Although she wanted nothing more than to kill the man who was partially responsible for Nagato's suffering and Yahiko's death she knew he should be strong and would most likely escape somewhere.

With Itsuki's strength she knew Obito was finished if the man ever decided to take action.

She wanted to ask him to just come quickly but decided not to because he must have his own reasons for letting Obito live for now.

But Konan knew one thing that was Obito's days were numbered.....

Kushina was humming a bit to herself as she was doing her chores with a pleasant smile on her face.

All of them had decided to prepare a feast since their Mother-in law had come back and this calls for a welcome celebration.

Suddenly Kushina felt a sickening sensation and she couldn't help but vomit into the nearby trash can.

All the others rushed to her in concern as they were confused as to the reason of her sudden predicament.

Mikoto rubbed Kushina's back soothingly as the latter was breathing a bit hard with a tired look on her face.

Mikoto washed Kushina's face with a bit of water before giving her a glass of water to take a sip.

Kushina was still tired as she leaned in Mikoto's arms , seeing this the ladies decided to carry her to the nearby bed.

Since Tsunade was with them they weren't worried too much.....

Mikoto decided to go inform her Mother-in-law too as went to the place where the kids usually stayed together.

When she came to the room the scene inside still brought a smile to her face , all the children were huddled together with their Grandma as they were asking her all kinds of questions.

Her lips twitched a bit in exasperation as all the questions they were asking about was about their dear father.

But still she decided to focus on the important matters at hand instead of these brats obsession with their father.....

Kushina had a nervous expression on her face as she held Kaede's hand tightly.

" M-Mother... Do you think Itsuki would be happy? " Kushina asked in a nervous tone, although she knew what kind of person Itsuki was she still couldn't help but be a bit nervous.

There was always a ' What if ' in the corner of her mind.

" Ouch! ... M-Mikoto! " A teary eyed Kushina glared at Mikoto who was gazing at her with annoyance.

" Why are you overthinking too much , Ofcourse he would be happy and he better be , Hmph! " Mikoto said in a confident tone causing Kushina to smile a bit.

" Mikoto is right dear~ You have nothing to fear. Don't worry with Mom here you don't have anything to worry about" Kaede also said in a warm tone rubbing Kushina's head softly.

They hadn't told Itsuki too much other than telling him to come back home because they needed his help.

It would be a surprise for him and he better be happy... because it's a big one ...

Itsuki who came back home was met with the weird atmosphere surrounding his family.

They were gazing at him with knowing smiles , he couldn't see Kushina anywhere but the others were giving him slightly jealous looks.

He was a bit confused as to what was happening but he didn't think too much when his mom caught his hand and asked him to follow him.

When he asked her what was wrong ,she just told him that it was a surprise but he really wasn't prepared for the bombshell that was about to be dropped on him...
