Marvel : I'm in Westview Town-Chapter 150
Chapter 150 - 150
---
"It turned out like this... no wonder I killed the Demon King back then," Finn muttered, gripping the hilt of his blade. "But I didn't expect it to reappear today."
Doctor Stephen Strange turned to him, nodding in understanding.
"If the Demon Faction was really that easy to deal with," Strange said grimly, "the Angel Faction wouldn't have struggled for so long."
"Then what should we do now? Just stand here and watch them break through?" Wanda Maximoff's voice was edged with frustration as her eyes remained locked on the demon army just beyond the energy barrier.
The shimmering magical dome strained and pulsed violently with each relentless impact. If even a corner of this defense fell, the entire Divine Domain—this critical interdimensional buffer between realms—would be compromised.
Even the Angels couldn't afford that kind of catastrophe.
"Don't panic," said one of the Angels, identified only by the codename "Angel," one of the legendary members of the celestial group known as Section 613. Her voice was calm but authoritative. "We need to observe. If they hit the sides next, we won't have time to reposition."
The other Angels nodded in agreement, their wings twitching slightly, ready for battle. It wasn't the first time they'd faced an overwhelming demonic surge. At this point, their priority was maintaining control and minimizing chaos.
With their combined strength, the Angels could resist the Demon incursion—at least for now.
"If they keep pressing, this barrier won't hold for long," Finn said, his tone grim. The golden runes on his blade pulsed in sync with the fluctuating magical field. "But with us here—nothing gets through. Trust us."
Without another word, he leaped forward.
The old Angelic Patriarch took a sharp breath and instinctively raised a hand to stop him—but he knew it was pointless. He exhaled in resignation. "Open the sky-ward defense system. Now."
"Yes, sir!" an Angel responded immediately and turned on her heel, racing to the control conduit hovering mid-air—an intricate celestial mechanism laced with Asgardian tech and Stark-based stabilization units.
At the same time, the front-line defenders surged forward, eyes fixed on the demonic horde like hammers waiting to strike.
"Their numbers are massive," Stephen said in a hoarse voice as he floated beside Finn. "If they break through, they'll reduce everything to ruin."
He clenched the Eye of Agamotto hanging from his chest—though the Time Stone was gone, its casing still served as a powerful anchor for ancient spells. His gaze was intense, his brows furrowed with concern.
He had no interest in watching history repeat itself. The last time demons had slipped through the Veil, the Multiverse almost collapsed.
"Stop talking—it's go time!" Finn growled.
In his grip, the *Sword of the Vishanti* materialized, its golden glow blazing with celestial energy. The sacred weapon shimmered with temporal disruption—rumored to slice through time itself.
Wanda and the Dark Witch flanked him, both cloaked in chaotic energy. Red lightning and spiraling shadow magic surged around them.
Behind them, Spider-Man—young but fearless—swung in, perching on broken pylons and leaping between battle lines.
No one hesitated.
*BOOM.*
With an explosion of kinetic force, the team burst through the weakening shield and launched themselves directly into the horde.
Thor arrived seconds later. Storm clouds followed him like hounds on a leash. Mjölnir had long since been replaced with the *Stormbreaker*, and the battle axe crackled with violent silver lightning.
With a mighty cry, he plummeted into the center of the demon army, slamming the axe into the ground. The impact blasted a crater into the earth, ejecting dozens of demons in every direction like ragdolls caught in a hurricane.
The raw thunder spread through the battlefield like a tidal wave of fury. The sky split open, silver arcs branching across the heavens like roots of divine power.
No demon in the vicinity could withstand that kind of strike.
Above them, clouds churned violently, folding into a vast whirlpool. From its core, a massive beam of light pierced the sky, bending space-time and forming a dimensional rift.
The beam convulsed, and a roaring gateway to another realm tore open.
Then—*they came.*
From the rift, *countless demons* poured out. Hulking, twisted, grotesque forms cloaked in black fire and dripping miasma. The ground shook beneath them, and the stench of rot and brimstone choked the air.
A massive, ancient demonic force had breached the Divine Domain.
Panic spread like wildfire.
Civilians and lesser warriors scattered in all directions. Screams echoed as panic set in—hearts trembled, knees buckled.
*BOOM BOOM BOOM.*
The demons wasted no time. Their assault was surgical, wild and merciless. Buildings shattered under their claws and breath. Columns of flame erupted as their destructive magic burst from their mouths.
"These monsters are disgusting," Wanda snarled, her hex bolts lashing out with deadly precision.
"Thankfully, they aren't as strong individually as the Demon Lords," Finn said, swinging the Sword of the Vishanti in a wide arc, cleaving through a wave of shrieking fiends. "Otherwise, we'd already be down."
With each strike, the sword emitted pulses that disintegrated demonic armor and flesh alike. The sheer *divine force* blew apart the rock beneath them, sending shards flying into the sky like meteors.
Chaos reigned.
Each collision caused shockwaves to ripple across the terrain, throwing earth and trees into the air. Entire forests were uprooted. Pillars of molten stone erupted as the ground itself trembled violently.
The earth was breaking apart.
The sky and land were both in agony—roaring, shaking, trembling under the weight of unnatural power.
"It looks bad, but they're not unbeatable," Spider-Man said while flipping through midair, slamming his enhanced webbing against multiple demons. With each thwip, he slammed a monster into the ground, webbing it into submission.
"Be careful," Strange warned, hovering above them with the Cloak of Levitation fluttering behind him. "This isn't their full strength."
His voice was grave.
From the moment the old Angelic Patriarch spoke, Stephen had sensed it too—this demonic wave was only a vanguard. The true forces of the Demon Faction hadn't arrived yet.
If the real elites arrived—the Demon Kings, the Abyss Priests, or worse—it could tip the balance permanently.
"They're coming again. Kill them all!" shouted the *Dark Witch*.
Her eyes glowed with infernal energy as she summoned a storm of scarlet chaos magic. Massive energy spheres—dense, vibrating masses of dark matter—formed between her palms before she hurled them into the crowd.
*BOOM.*
Annihilation.
The detonation shattered the terrain like a meteor strike. The force of the blast was so immense that the entire battlefield cracked beneath it. Massive rifts split the earth wide open, plunging deep into the crust.
Everything around them trembled.
Shockwaves tore through the area, throwing debris hundreds of feet into the air. Rocks, dust, metal, trees—everything rose like weightless confetti in a hurricane of rage.
The land collapsed under its own weight. Buildings fell like sandcastles hit by a tidal wave.
The battlefield, once a bastion of celestial symmetry, was now a crater-riddled hellscape.
