SURPRISINGLY, Kim Heedo didn’t find the job too hard.

It was probably thanks to his stupidly excessive strength and stamina as a Hyper-Dominant Alpha.

Hence, he was able to move the boxes without breaking a sweat, even though it was a building without an elevator. Moreover, their client lived on the sixth floor. Hence, they had to use the stairs.

He didn’t want to go back and forth again and again, so he carried as many boxes as he could so he could move things faster.

"Are they filming a drama?"

"That mover looks more like an actor than a mover..."

Heedo was already used to people admiring his looks.

But he didn’t expect that he would still gain attention even though he was wearing a cap that hid half of his face.

It was easy for him to ignore everyone and everything not related to his job, especially once he locked in.

Before he knew it, his first job was finished.

"You did well, Heedo-ya," Jang Yeonwoo praised him when they returned to the company. "We were able to finish everything fast because of you."

"Thank you, sunbae-nim," Heedo said politely. "It’s all thanks to your guidance."

"No, I should be the one thanking you."

"For what, sunbae-nim?"

"For not asking me if I need help."

"Uhm, is that sarcasm?"

"No, not at all," Jang Yeonwoo said while shaking his head. "Whenever I work with an Alpha, they treat me like I’m invalid. Of course, I appreciate the help. But it gets overwhelming most of the time. Especially when they ask me if I’m alright just because I carried a few boxes. I know that this kind of work isn’t really suited for Omegas. But I wouldn’t be here if the work is too hard for me."

"Sunbae-nim is competent, so please don’t worry about what other people think about you working in a moving company."

Heedo usually didn’t care about other people’s business. But Jang Yeonwoo’s resilience as an Omega reminded him of Park Sohee. And anyone who had the same mindset as his husband would automatically gain his respect.

Sohee Hyung is the person I respect most in my life, I guess.

"And the stereotype that Omegas are weak is wrong," Heedo said, a faint smile spreading across his face as Park Sohee’s smiling face filled his head. "In fact, the strongest person I know is my Omega husband."

Jang Yeonwoo’s eyes widened a bit. "You’re already married? I think you’re younger than I am..."

"Yes, I married early."

His sunbae-nim looked at his left hand.

"My wedding ring is here," Heedo said, pulling out the pendant of the necklace he was wearing. The pendant was his wedding ring, of course. "Since I know I’ll be lifting things here and there, I wore it like this so I wouldn’t accidentally lose it."

"Oh. Is your husband the reason you’re working hard here?"

"Yes. My goal isn’t just to work hard. I also want to be a decent person for him."

Now Heedo wasn’t a talkative person, and he wasn’t the type to share his personal life with strangers he just met.

But I love gushing about Sohee Hyung.

"You look scary, Heedo-ssi," Jang Yeonwoo commented, and then he laughed. "But your face softened up when you started talking about your husband. You must really love him, huh?"

"Oh, I do," Heedo said, smiling. "I really love my husband."

UNFORTUNATELY, Sohee didn’t feel any sparks from the houses that Shin Kang presented to him.

They’re all pretty, but I can’t see myself living in any of those houses with my family.

"I’m sorry, Mr. Shin," Sohee said, slightly embarrassed. "You took time to make the presentation, but I didn’t like any of them."

"It’s not something you need to apologize for, sir," Shin Kang said politely. "Don’t worry. I’ll look for more houses that might suit your taste."

"Thank you."

After Shin Kang’s presentation ended, the trusted right-hand man left the apartment.

But Sohee wasn’t left alone in the house for so long.

After all, he was expecting a new set of guests.

And the said guests arrived just minutes after Shin Kang left.

"Hello, Oppa."

"Hi, Hyung-nim."

Kim Haewon and Kim Hanhae— Kim Heedo’s younger twin siblings— arrived while pulling Go Gunjoon (Sohee’s half-brother) inside the apartment.

Pfft.

Sohee had to hold back his laughter when he saw Go Gunjoon was wearing a blindfold.

The twins can really be over-the-top sometimes.

"Sohee Hyung-nim?" Go Gunjoon asked nervously. "Why did the twins cover my eyes? What’s going on?"

"They just want to surprise you, Go Gunjoon," Sohee said, smiling while shaking his head. "Twins, please remove the blindfold."

"Yes, Hyung-nim."

"Okay, Oppa."

And then the twins removed the blindfold.

"Sohee Hyung-nim..." Go Gunjoon trailed off, and then he let out a soft gasp while looking at Sohee’s baby bump. "You got fat?"

"Yah!" Sohee complained, slightly hurt. "I’m pregnant with twins!"

KIM HEEDO smiled as soon as he opened his lunch box.

Park Sohee really prepared a lot for his lunch.

His husband even packed dessert for him.

It’s cute.

Heedo didn’t want to ruin the rice that was shaped like two geese yet, so he took a bite of the bulgogi beef first.

Oh, it’s delicious.

"Did your husband make that for you, Heedo-ssi?"

"Yes, sunbae-nim," Heedo answered proudly. "He woke up early just to make me a lunchbox."

Heedo was having lunch with Jang Yeonwoo.

Only the two of them were at the pantry because they returned to the company after lunch, and everyone else had already eaten.

And most of their fellow movers had been dispatched already.

"Oh, aren’t you lucky?" Jang Yeonwoo teased him. "Judging by how cute and balanced your lunch is, I can tell that your husband put so much effort into making it. He must love you very much."

Heedo could only smile and nod.

He knew that Park Sohee still loved him. But, of course, his husband needed more time to forgive him for every stupid thing he had done during his amnesia period.

And I’ll wait no matter how long it takes.

"Yeonwoo-ya, it seems like you’ve grown closer to our new hire, huh?"

Heedo really didn’t care about the newcomer, but he didn’t like how the Alpha was giving him a dirty look.

Yes, the stranger was an Alpha.

"Heedo-ssi, this is Kwon Jaesuk," Jang Yeonwoo said. "He’s the son of this company’s owner."

Ah.

The way Kwon Jaesuk glared at Heedo made it too obvious.

Since he still had time, he called Park Sohee when he returned to the lounge area.

Well, it wasn’t really a lounge area since there was only a sofa and a table there. Luckily, it was empty since everyone else was busy.

Hence, he decided to call Park Sohee there to check on him.

Fortunately, his husband picked up the call right away.

"Hyung, have you eaten lunch?"

"Yeah, I ate with the kids earlier."

Oh.

The kids would be Go Gunjoon and his twin siblings.

Park Sohee should be happy since he liked those kids, so...

"Why do you sound sad, Hyung?"

"Have I gained too much weight, Heedo-ya?"
