He then handed a piece of Precious Jade to Virūḍhaka the Guardian King and said with a smile, “Celestial King, the old Dragon also has a matter he wishes to present.

“Oh, let them come to the Ninth Celestial Palace to report!”

The Jade Emperor spoke calmly without changing his expression.

Virūḍhaka the Guardian King respectfully said, “Yes, Your Majesty!”

Virūḍhaka the Guardian King then respectfully backed out of the Fragrance Spreading Hall.

The Dragon King saw Virūḍhaka the Guardian King coming out and quickly went up to meet him.

Before the Dragon King could speak, Virūḍhaka the Guardian King directly said, “His Majesty has ordered you and King Yama to report at the Ninth Celestial Palace!”

Upon hearing this, Ao Guang immediately expressed his gratitude repeatedly.

Soon after, King Qin Guang also passed by the Southern Heaven Gate and headed towards the Ninth Celestial Palace.

The Celestial Palace has Thirty-Three Heavens.

Ao Guang straightened his clothes and stepped up, walking on a white jade great road, heading directly to the Ninth Celestial Palace.

Along the way, the sound of a bell rang, not very loud, yet it could spread throughout the Thirty-Three Heavens.

This bell was also the sound to summon many Orthodox Deities of the celestial Court, it was struck every time there was a court meeting as well.

Walking on the white jade great road, Ao Guang was flanked by celestial Deities in Golden Armor, each holding a black whip, far more powerful than the Shrimp Soldiers and Crab Generals at the Dragon Palace.
