Game Reincarnation: Reborn as the Strongest Villain-Chapter 75 Rescue and Malice.
Chapter 75: 75 Rescue and Malice.
After receiving the order from the third highest command, except the Captain and Ryan. The airship slowly turned its course, but because of the blizzard that was pushing over the airship’s fins, the people inside swayed as its body trembled.
However, thanks to the captain’s expertise, the ships regained their balance, and they proceeded toward the northwest, where Lucya’s eyes spotted a figure of silver-haired beauty, enveloped by a blue aura, facing an ancient beast that was feared on land.
Lucya exhaled sharply, regulating her ragged breath and the searing agony that scorched her eyes, which slowly dwindled after she poured it with mana.
"Lady Lucya, are you alright?". A deep voice distorted her blackened vision, and saw Lord Midnight with Marina on his side, her face devoid of its pink luster.
"Yeah, I’m alright. Don’t worry. It was just an effect of overusing a spell; it will be healed in no time".
Lucya waved her hand while massaging her nose bridge. Her blurred vision swayed before it captured the view clearly.
She inhaled and stood up from her place while the Midnight spouses reached out their hands, trying to help her.
"Thank you for your consideration, but I’m fine. Instead, Lady Marina’s condition seemed worse than mine".
"This is nothing. I will recover in a minute".
"Alright". The princess nodded her head and shifted her attention toward the northwest.
In the earlier scene where Silvia faced the dragon, the tremendous aura that gushed from each other sent chills through her spine.
Also, the shadows of a body lay motionlessly behind the girl. She gulped her saliva, unsure of what to say.
But, if a question was thrown at her, Lucya had to oblige and give them the news no matter how hard and cruel that was.
She shook her head, pushing away the unnecessary thoughts and looked beside her as she felt a stare that prickled her consciousness.
"Lady Lucya, are you sure you saw them?". Lord Midnight’s voice was calm, yet Lucya could feel its sharp intention slicing away her mind.
’This is Lord Midnight, the person who slayed a dragon’. Lucya gulped her saliva. Cold sweat drenched her back, but she parted her stiff lips to smile.
"Yes, I’m sure". Lucya said firmly, her eyes stared at the man. "I know Silvia’s figure like my own, so there was no mistaking it".
These two princesses, born from a family with high standing in people’s eyes, had no choice but to become close to each other.
When Lucya notices a significant change in Silvia’s demeanor when she first wields a sword. She swatted it with indifference as she also understood Silvia’s position.
Blessed by a family from birth and received something tremendous from the heavens. Both awoke a talent that could make everyone’s wages war in getting it.
With how heavy the fate they carried, the two become subjected to envy, fear, and even diss from other people around them.
But, from those misfortunes that shrouded them came a turning point where Lucya met Granny and Silvia met Jin. From that exchange, both worlds turned upside down.
"So, Lady Lucya, is there any sign of our son?". A hoarse voice came from a woman who tilted her face forward, gazing at Lucya with dimmed blue eyes.
Lucya bit her lips, forcing her to open her frozen lips to utter the words stuck in her throat, "H-He is there, but...".
Her pause at the end blew away the remaining life that had settled in Midnight’s spouse’s body. Lord Ryan’s face crumpled with a deep frown while light disappeared from Marina’s eyes.
The woman’s body staggered before she collapsed like a doll whose string had been cut with a dull thud.
Her gaze limped downward, and the cold that slipped through the tiny gaps sent shivers to her lifeless body.
"...No way, Jin was, he,".
A gleaming tear struck the wooden floor, and her stifling sobs resonated within the ship’s interior. The other averted their gaze, unable to bear the crumbled woman.
Lucya averted her gaze to see Lord Midnight’s condition. His handsome face crumpled with tears streaming down his face.
Her fingers curled up until a red fluid trailed down on the floor. A heavy boulder struck her shoulder like a burden that weighed her heart and shrouded her mind with guilt and regret for the news.
But she was ready for the consequences, so Lucya refused to look down. She stared ahead toward the shite scenery that endlessly reflected her heart, cold and desolated.
An oppressive pressure hit her like a waterfall, pushing her downward as her gaze turned to the source.
Lucya’s eyes widened, seeing a blue light clumped together from compressed mana and elemental power. ’That was...’.
Beside her, she heard a faint clatter from Lord Midnight, who clenched his sword, gazing toward the same scenery where a colossal beast conjured a destructive breath that could decimate a town, shot forward.
As they saw the calamity descend in a flash, the howling of wind blew in the surrounding area, silencing the bustling storm.
They watched the dragon’s body stiffen, and its breath attack split into two, along with its long neck slithered down and fell, raising a cloud of white dust.
Silence hung between the place, and Lucya’s mouth dropped as she saw the unbelievable sight beyond her.
Dragon was a colossal beast, an offspring from the deplorable evil god, Thypon and Echidna, or could be said the Primordial Monster sealed in the southernmost continent, under Mount Etna.
It was also called a calamity bringer, and wherever it appeared, disaster would follow. But that calamity was beheaded by a mysterious power that cleaved even the atmosphere.
A loud commotion broke the silence in the room, and Lucya saw Lord Midnight’s eyes widen, staring at the other side of the dragon.
"Jin?". His soft voice yet reverberated across the room, pulling the other’s attention and making Lady Midnight flinch.
Lucya gritted her teeth, focused her mana into her eyes and muttered the spell again, ’Manifest, Eye of Foresight’.
Her vision stretched and stiffened like a rock, seeing two youngsters collapse near each other with hands interlocked with each other.
"What in the world, hm!?". Lucya pressed her face into the glass, its cold and smooth texture twisted her expression.
’Geez, you look satisfied right there, despite being stranded in far away land’. She retracted her face and exhaled after witnessing Silvia’s maiden expression.
"Captain, full speed ahead, both kids seemed wounded. We must treat their wounds immediately".
Lord Midnight’s thunderous voice shook the ship, jolting the crews and knights behind her.
A tense atmosphere shrouded the place, and all personnel hardened their expression, working toward the same goal of saving both youngsters.
The airship trembled to force its way over the blizzard pouring down.
"Blazing Cage".
Marina struck her staff to the floor. A magic circle shone in crimson orange appeared and enveloped the entire airship.
Sparks crackled before transforming into a swirling flame coiling around the airship. Its flaming tails connected with each other, creating a safety net that enclosed the ships.
"Woah, what an intricate spell". Lucya’s voice sank as the woman who cast the spell stared ahead with swollen eyes.
The barrier flame kept burning the blizzard that slammed the ship relentlessly. They saw the scenery blurred as the ship sped up and lowered its altitude slightly far from the scene.
"Knights prepare to abort".
Ryan’s commanding voice shook the knight’s heart as their face tightened. When the door opened, a blast of cold hit them like a storm, pushing their spirit away.
However, one man stood imposingly before the challenge, he jumped ahead of the others and landed his feet deep into the snow.
He twisted his gaze back and watched the knights, one by one, jump off, following his example.
Ryan gazed around, scanning his area for the monster’s appearance, "Everyone, follow me!".
He lifted his feet and led the group in front. His step was firm, breaching through the cold and wind that eroded his senses.
Even though Ryan was a Mithril-rank adventurer, the extreme environment the North continent presented before him was too much for his mortal physique.
Ryan and the groups arrived before the two children, their bodies half-buried by the snow. He crouched down and carried both of them in each waist.
"Jin, Lady Silvia, we will make sure you guys are saved".

As the search team finally rescued their targets. Meanwhile, in one of the inns in the capital city.
Inside a small room where only one bed was presented in the middle, one man sprawled on the floor, while a creaking noise from the bed rang continuously as a woman was riding a man underneath.
The room was dimmed because of the closed curtains, shrouded with a distinctive fishy smell and hollow moaning from the men before her eyes rolled to the back, letting out his last howl.
"Uaaaahh,,!".
"Hmph, boring".
A black-haired woman in her birthday suit snorted and walked away from the bed, tossing the men aside. Their bodies wilted like a dry stick, laying with no clothes on.
With a flick of her fingers, a casual outfit enveloped her voluptuous body as she sat on the chair near the window.
The light that peeked through the tiny gaps from the curtain’s bothered her as she snapped it open only to see a scenery where a familiar spell conjured and a massive whale floated above the castle.
"Hee, so their expedition was cut short, huh". The woman traced her finger on her lower lips and cracked a laugh, "Kuhahaha, there is no way two youngsters could survive in the North Pole".
Her face twisted in ominous glee and carried within those black eyes a deep eerie darkness that contained the whole resentment in the world.
"Well, with this, we could move to the next plan, hm!?".
A small black magic circle emerged beside her face from a small piece of accessories stuck in her earlobe.
"What’s the matter?". A silence draped the room before the two bodies of men blasted into bits, leaving nothing in sight.
"What!". The woman’s expression crumpled in hideous furry as she muttered. "That girl survived".
Her howling anger sank deep within the malice that crept around the continent and opened the first opening of the story of ’Brave Hearts’.
