Game Reincarnation: Reborn as the Strongest Villain-Chapter 121 Unyielding Hearts 01.
Chapter 121: 121 Unyielding Hearts 01.
"Silvia?". Jin blinked, his brain refusing to believe the scene before him to be real.
However, the subtle floral scent twitched his nose. Her gentle atmosphere, which soothed his ragged spirit, hit him like lightning.
His body became rigid, paralyzed by the reality presented before him. He reached out to grab the girl’s hand, as the warmth and soft fabric that covered her hands transmitted to his skin.
Jin gulped to moisten his parched throat and said. "Why are you here? You should be evacuated".
"How can I leave you alone?". Silvia exhaled, disbelief plastered on her aloof expression. "That would be breaking my own vow".
"What vow?". Jin raised his brows, and a question mark emerged on his head.
"Another human, great".
Lycanthros’s elated voice directed his gaze toward the dying boy and the woman. But upon closer look, his expression twisted into a deep frown.
A power of nature radiated from the girls, making his face scowl in disgust. "Nature power. I loathed it the most".
"Jin, you should recover first. I will deal with the monster".
Silvia released the boy’s hand and stepped forward, drawing her blue blade on the waist. The blade edge glimmered ferociously, hummed in delight, and created a veil of mist that covered Silvia.
(Thalassa, lend me your power!)
Silvia let her thoughts be transmitted toward her partner, then an ancient female voice reverberated in her brain.
{By your will, master!}
The surrounding air pulsated as if welcoming its monarch, and the moisture flickered like twinkling stars, gathering in one place.
Silvia’s body glowed in silver, all the mist surrounding her converged into her body, turning into a translucent battle armour with a crown over her head.
Another mist gathered above, creating a silhouette of coiling dragons that had the size of an adult thigh coiled around before floating behind Silvia—a symbol of her might.
She exhaled a white mist and lifted her gaze to meet the trembling Lucanthros.
"Your opponent is me".
Lycanthros’ eyes turned red, enraged by the loathsome power that opposed him. "You imbecile! You are no match against me".
"Pierce him! Celestial-Arrow".
A clear bell-like voice chimed in the dimmed space. Lycanthros, shifting to the side, witnessed a green arrow coated with spirit power arrive between his eyebrows.
With a god-like reflex, Lycanthros jerked his torsos to the side, dodging the arrow that grazed his right eye.
Blue blood trickled down Lycanthros’ cheek, dripping toward its chiselled chest. The monster was silent, raising one of its hands to touch the wound. ƒrēenovelkiss.com
"You bastard!".
Lycanthros roared, sending an oppressive pressure that cracked the surrounding ground.
The throbbing agony seared his mind, and Lycanthros could feel a trace of Nature power that halted his regenerative power.
A black aura surged from his body, flooding the ground as the soil and grass wilted. He kicked the ground.
"Manifest, God Shield, Aegis!".
In a blink, moisture gathered together before it hardened and created a towering shield, blocking the monster’s advance from aiming at Iris.
The Elven girl scoffed. Her body was enveloped by a green aura, forming a leather battle outfit, adorned with golden lining.
A pair of shoes that protected her feet carried within them a storm that could take her anywhere from a hundred miles to within a step.
Iris disappeared from the werewolves’ sight. He shot a glare at Silvia, who had already prepared her stance, and then lunged at him.
Silvia gripped the blade hilt tightly as she posed a defensive stance. Once the monster entered her blade range, she swung her sword sideways.
A slash of compressed water followed suit from her slashes, creating a double attack.
She saw the monster gritted its elongated mouth, revealing its sharp fangs.
"You dare,!". Lycanthros shifted his body angle.
Before he could finish, a green arrow whistled through the two in between, leaving a blue line on the werewolf’s neck.
"Scram!".
A tremendous black aura shot through the sky. Like an ominous omen, the magic circle and eclipse glowed in response, sending another power to reinforce the monster’s ability.
Silvia, forced to retreat by the monster’s aura alone, blinked and saw that the werewolves had vanished.
{Master, behind you}
An alarmed shout rang in her mind as Thalassa broke her water body and spread to create a cushion for Silvia.
Silvia received a heavy blow on her back. It blasted the air in her lungs and flung her body forward hundred meters away before she could stabilize and resume her stance.
{Master, are you alright?}
Thalassa’s voice was soft and filled with worry. The dragon took its normal shape and coiled around Silvia’s neck again.
(Yes, thank you, Thalassa)
A shadow loomed over her, but the dragon on her shoulder acted faster by spreading its water to create another towering shield.
"You’re on the way".
*crash!
Only a thrust from the werewolve’s fist shattered the shield, and his red eyes gleamed dangerously with murderous intent.
However, the monster’s body halted midway. Lycanthros’ ears twitched, noticing arrows were coming from any angle.
The monster cracked its claws, infusing them with a dark aura, and swung them sideways, creating a wide arc. It blocked all the incoming arrows as its red eyes locked onto one place.
"Found you".
Lycanthros’ body faded into the shadows and leapt between the shadows behind Iris, who lurked behind a stone.
{My liege!}
A loud warning jolted the Elven girl’s eardrums, crumpling her expression to anguish.
Thanks to the alarm and her reaction speed, Iris kicked the ground and disappeared hundreds of steps away, watching the werewolves with a smirk, who observed her closely.
"This is bad! The monster was stronger than I expected," Iris grumbled, tightening the grip on her bow. "Zephyros, are you with me?"
{Always, my liege}
Zephyros’ composed voice parted the cloud that shrouded her mind. She grabbed an arrow and infused it with spirit power.

*clink
A second translucent glass fell to the ground from Jin’s hand. The boy wiped the lingering bitterness on his lips.
Jin looked down at his body. There were no visible wounds, only his defined abs with bulging squares—the result of his effort, as he had forged them for years.
With a wave from his left hand, a katana with a black sheath and handle appeared.
"This!?".
The moment it settled on his hand. It sent a tremor from his palm, spreading to his body.
His finger curled around the sheath. Jin gulped while his right hand gripped the hilt and slowly drew the blade.
As the blade saw the world, the atmosphere flinched. Its silver gleam pulsated, not in warm but cold-predatory chill seeped through his bones, freezing his veins.
Jin’s ears twitched when he faintly heard a hum, no, it was a growl—coming from the blade in his hand.
A lingering grudge from the Ancient Dragon he fought on that cold, forsaken place.
His hand was rattled by the sudden increase in weight from the blade. The katana throbbed as it let out a mocking sneer for trying to use it as a weapon.
The boy’s eyes narrowed, and unknowingly his lips peeled to the side, revealing a fearless grin.
"You’re angry". Jin muttered, and the blade vibrated in response.
"So am I".
Jin raised the blade upward. He exhaled sharply, throwing away the unnecessary weight that burdened his heart.
His gaze was steady, and his stance unwavering like a mountain. He inhaled deeply and swung the blade downward.

It was a simple swing, yet it carried a tremendous force that made the atmosphere rattle in fright.
The world around him dimmed, deep within his subconsciousness.
Jin faced the Ancient Beast, and its towering presence still inflicted a lingering awe and terror on him.
Following the line of his blade, a pristine line ran straight from the tip of the dragon’s head to its tail.
A moment later, the world cracked and shattered into a million pieces of illusion, pulling Jin into the reality he was facing.
Cold sweat drenched his body, and his breath turned erratic with just a single swing.
Jin raised the blade, his pale face reflected on its silver edge.
There was no more grudge; the earlier cut had cut every lingering hate within the blade and Jin’s hesitation.
Now, it was just a weapon that settled in the hand of its master.
The boy sheathed the blade with a satisfying ’click’. Jin glanced at the faraway distance where Silvia and Iris were fighting to give him some time to recover.
"Let’s go, Tsukuyomi".
Jin’s lips twitched as he felt the slight tremor in his left hand, coming from the blade that seemed to respond to his will.
