Former Interstellar Mercenary In Urban Cultivation World-Chapter 1301: Journey to Titan’s Ridge
Chapter 1301: Journey to Titan’s Ridge
"So, your cultivation methods were obtained from the Crimson Moon Dynasty?" Amalia asked Rafael.
"I think so," Rafael replied. He wasn’t entirely sure, as his cultivation techniques had been passed down through generations.
"The Pleiades Star System’s cultivation methods are already incomplete, and you obtained an even more fragmented version. No wonder only a small number of people are able to cultivate."
"Ms. Amalia, what should we do next? Our original purpose for coming here seems to be fulfilled. Should we return to the Erythar Star System, or should we stay?"
The Solvaris Star System wasn’t far from the Erythar Star System, and even if they set off from there, it wouldn’t take much longer than departing from the Crimson Moon Dynasty.
"I still have matters to handle in the Crimson Moon Dynasty. I will go to the Solvaris Star System, but those who don’t want to go can return to the Erythar Star System first. However, the aliens already know that their battleship has fallen into our hands. There’s no guarantee they won’t make a move during the journey."
Khalil couldn’t help but ask, ". Immortal, the aliens suffered such a huge loss this time and don’t even dare to express their anger. Would they really still dare to attack us?" ƒгeewёbnovel.com
"We are strong, but that doesn’t mean they don’t have even stronger beings. And if they make a move outside of the Pleiades Star System, no one will know it was them."
Amalia shook her head.
Things were never that simple.
Some matters couldn’t be explained in just a few words.
"If Ms. Immortal isn’t returning, then we won’t go back either," Khalil immediately declared.
Following the two Immortal meant never having to fear for their lives.
The Crimson Moon Dynasty was nothing.
The aliens were nothing.
Rafael and the others also made up their minds to follow them.
Minister Sharif and General Rafiq had no plans to return immediately either, but they still arranged for some cargo ships to take good news back to the Erythar Star System.
Once the Crimson Moon Dynasty had reorganized itself, it began making preparations for its expedition to the Solvaris Star System, setting the departure time for two weeks later.
The next day, Amalia and Kenny Lin temporarily left Planet Omicron, boarding a merchant ship bound for another planet.
Planet Tetra-5892 was a primitive planet, similar in size to Planet Omicron.
Over 70% of its surface was covered in dense forests, filled with towering, sky-reaching trees.
The planet was home to many powerful creatures, making it extremely dangerous.
Interstellar mercenaries often took jobs hunting rare species found on the market, while others did so simply to survive.
The merchant ship carrying Amalia and Kenny Lin soon landed on this planet.
From space, it appeared as a predominantly green world, with only one-third of its surface covered in blue oceans.
Planet Tetra-5892 had only one landing point—the Moonstone Base.
This base had been established by the Crimson Moon Dynasty’s military, as they frequently harvested energy resources from the planet.
To facilitate access, they had built the Moonstone Base.
There had originally been multiple bases, but due to frequent attacks from the planet’s native creatures, only this one remained.
Over time, Moonstone Base had expanded to resemble a small city.
By the time they arrived, it was during the busiest period of the day, with the highest number of people moving through the base.
Planet Tetra-5892 only has two seasons: winter and summer.
The winters are extremely harsh, forcing most creatures to hide away until summer arrives, at which point they would come out from their burrows or underground shelters.
Because of this, summer is the busiest season at Moonstone Base.
The interstellar mercenaries and military forces flock to the planet to hunt, making it a place where work lasts for half the year before pausing for the other half.
Amalia and Kenny Lin, however, were not here to hunt the beasts of this planet.
In Layyan’s memories, Amalia saw the location of the Holy Gate of the Heaven and the Earth’s headquarters—it was established right here on Planet Tetra-5892.
The Moonstone Base had dedicated transport ships, and for a certain fee, the passengers could be taken to fixed destinations.
Planet Tetra-5892 was far too large to traverse by flight alone.
Without knowing how long it would take, the two decided to take the ship.
"We need to go to Station 30."
The middle-aged man in charge of fares looked up in surprise when he heard their request.
He glanced at them with a perplexed expression.
"What? Is it not possible to go there?" Amalia noticed his odd reaction.
The man quickly snapped out of his daze. "It’s not that you can’t go there, but it’s been a long time since anyone has taken the ship all the way to the final stop. You two look unfamiliar—first time here?"
"That’s right."
"First time here, and you’re already bold enough to go to Station 30? Do you even know where that is?"
"We do. It’s a place called Titan’s Ridge. Is there something wrong with it?" Amalia asked humbly.
They hadn’t gone out of their way to investigate, but according to Layyan’s memories, the Holy Gate of the Heaven and the Earth’s headquarters was located there.
"Nine deaths, one survival. I’ve been collecting fares here for over three years now, and I’ve seen plenty of people wanting to explore the Titan’s Ridge. Every time, they either never return, or if a dozen go in, only one or two make it out alive," the man said with a sly smile. "Are you still sure you want to go?"
"Thank you for the warning, but yes, we’re still going," Amalia replied with a smile.
The middle-aged man shook his head and said, "Well, I had a feeling you’d say that. I’ve told plenty of people the same thing, and not a single one has changed their mind."
"Then why do you still bother saying it?" Amalia asked curiously.
