Born Into Villain's Family: I Have a 200\% Rebate System-Chapter 156: Fever
Chapter 156: Chapter 156: Fever
Eleanor laughed nervously, waving her hand.
"R-Really? You all are joking too much. I can’t be Sun. I’m just... someone who paints for fun!"
But Olivia looked serious now.
"I’m not joking. I’ve seen Sun’s art for years, and this one feels exactly the same."
Theodore nodded.
"I agree. The colors, the details... it’s just like Sun’s work."
Aurora tilted her head with a sweet smile.
"But you said you don’t use a pen name, right? Then why does your art look like Sun’s? Are you copying?"
Eleanor’s heart skipped a beat.
"W-What? No! I mean, I’m inspired by Sun, that’s all!"
Aurora blinked slowly.
"Ah... So you’re not Sun. But your art looks like Sun’s. Hmm... strange."
She looked down at her plate and played with her fork like nothing had happened.
The air turned quiet for a moment. Olivia finally broke it with a soft giggle.
"Okay, okay, let’s not scare Eleanor. Maybe she’s just really talented."
Eleanor smiled again, but her hands were sweaty. She took a sip of water and sighed inside.
’That was close... too close. This little demon, Aurora, is not easy.’
Theodore glanced at Eleanor with soft eyes.
"I still think you’re amazing. If you ever become as famous as Sun, don’t forget us."
Eleanor only laughed and didn’t say anything.
[Ding! The future plot has been affected by this conversation, Please find a valid reason for hiding your identity as Sun in the future.]
Eleanor’s face turned pale, while Aurora smiled.
The dinner passed uneventfully.
Once they returned to the apartment, Olivia dragged Aurora to her room and closed the door.
"Do you have any problem with Elenaor?" Olivia asked, folding her hands.
"Was it so apparent?" Aurora asked as she lay on the bed.
She was feeling a bit dizzy and feverish.
"Apparent? I felt as if you might stand up any second and slap her." Olivia chuckled.
Aurora paused for a second before asking,
"Sister, if you have to choose between her and me, who would you choose?"
Olivia rolled her eyes,
"Of course, her. Who would want you?"
Aurora ignored Olivia’s word and said seriously,
"Stay away from her. She is a green tea b*tch. She will..." stab you in the back in the future.
The rest words turned silent because Aurora found she couldn’t speak.
As expected, she couldn’t tell anyone about their future.
"She will what? And why are you calling her green tea b*tch?" Olivia asked curiously.
Seeing how curious Olivia looked, Aurora’s eyes narrowed,
"You won’t defend her?"
"Defend her? Why would I? Honestly, I am green tea b*tch myself. If I can’t detect her true personality, then all these years of being a green tea b*tch was a waste." Olivia shrugged.
Aurora’s eyes brightened.
Olivia was much smarter than she had expected.
"Sister, promise me that you will never pretend to be Sun in the future!" Aurora said seriously.
Olivia blinked at Aurora’s serious face and laughed.
"Why would I pretend to be Sun? I may not be as talented as Sun, but my drawings can still be sold for $500!"
"I’m serious," Aurora said, sitting up a little. Her face looked a bit red, and she touched her forehead. "Just promise me."
"Okay, okay. I promise. But what’s wrong with you? You look like you have a fever," Olivia said, walking over to touch her forehead.
"Whoa, you’re burning up!"
"I’m fine," Aurora mumbled, pulling the blanket over herself.
"No, you’re not. I’ll go get you some medicine. Don’t move." Olivia rushed out of the room.
In the end, Aurora fell ill that night.
Before falling asleep, she didn’t forget to message Caroline and ask her to lock Mandy up in a bright room and pretend to prick her(Mandy) with a needle.
The deadline was the day after tomorrow, otherwise, she would release Caroline and Zane’s intimate photos.
Of course, she still hasn’t forgotten how Caroline and Mandy had locked her in a dark room with insects, knowing Aurora has a phobia of insects.
Caroline was scrolling through her phone when a message appeared on her screen.
[Kidnap Mandy and scare her with needles. Otherwise, your and Zane’s photo will be sent to Mandy.]
Then her phone screen turned blank.
Caroline sat up straight, and her hands trembled.
She tapped on her phone furiously and asked,
"Who? Who has hacked my phone! I won’t do it!"
Though she said so, she was worried that the hacker would indeed release the photos.
Caroline paced in her room, biting her nails.
She tried calling Zane, but the call didn’t go through. She threw her phone on the bed, frustrated.

In Lancaster Family
Slap.
"I am so disappointed in you, Rose! Because of you, my flagship store was banned from the mall! Do you know how much profit we would lose if we didn’t have that store? Millions of dollars!" Mr. Lancaster gritted his teeth.
Rose stayed silent with her head lowered.
Mrs. Lancaster couldn’t bear to see her daughter get beaten up and said in a soothing voice.
"Alright! Alright, don’t be angry! She didn’t know that she would offend a big shot with her words!"
Rose gritted her teeth and said,
"She wasn’t a big shot..."
Slap!
Before Rose could finish her words, Mr. Lancaster slapped her again, this time with more force. To the point that red handprints appeared on her face.
"Shut up! Just Shut up! No one asked for your opinion!" Mr. Lancaster’s face turned red from fury.
Mrs. Lancaster pulled Rose into her arms, her hands shaking as she gently touched Rose’s red cheek.
"That’s enough! She’s still your daughter!" she cried.
Mr. Lancaster threw his tie onto the floor and pointed at Rose.
"She better fix this mess before I lose my mind! Go apologize to that woman! Beg if you have to!"
Rose’s eyes burned with tears. She looked up, her voice trembling.
"But she is Aurora! Olivia’s sister! That poor b*tch who couldn’t afford to offend me just 3 years ago!"
"What?" Mrs. Lancaster was stunned.
Mr. Lancaster frowned, seeing Mrs. Lancaster’s reaction, and asked,
"Do you know her?"
Mrs. Lancaster’s face turned ugly, and she explained,
"Three years ago, Rose’s classmate named Olivia framed Rose of bullying her and got a compensation of $10,000.
When I came to know the truth, I asked Gray Winston to frame Olivia’s father so that we could get back our money.
Who would have thought that they would invite Sophia to fight on their behalf?"
"Wait! Sophia? The top lawyer of the city?" Mr. Lancaster asked in surprise.
Mrs. Lancaster nodded,
"Yes. The mystery is...Olivia and her family are very poor. They used to rent a cheap apartment for $1050. So how could they afford Sophia?
We wanted to frame her father again, but Sophia clearly expressed her stance that she would fight all the cases on behalf of the Waters family.
So we opted for the second best option and suppressed Theodore’s acting journey. He is Olivia’s twin brother."
Mr. Lancaster sat down slowly.
"Sophia has now pledged her loyalty to...anyways she won’t be issue now. But the real question is, how did the Waters family become rich?"
"They haven’t." Rose’s turned red from anger as she continued, "It is their godmother! They have a rich godmother! I heard Auroa ask her godmother to buy the mall."
Mr. Lancaster’s eyes widened. "What? A godmother? Since when did they have one?"
Rose stomped her foot. "I don’t know! I never even heard of her before."
Mrs. Lancaster’s hands tightened into fists. "Why didn’t you tell us earlier?!"
"You didn’t give me a chance to speak." Rose furiously shouted.
Mrs. Lancaster started pacing the room.
"We need to find out who this woman is. Maybe we can talk to her. Or... maybe bribe her."
Rose shook her head quickly.
"No way! She hates us. When Aurora saw me, she smiled like she already won. Like she was watching a bug crawl on the floor."
Mr. Lancaster slammed his hand on the table.
"Then we need to be careful. Don’t mess with the Waters siblings anymore."
Rose bit her lip hard. "But I can’t just let them win!"
Mrs. Lancaster gave her a warning look.
"Rose. If you do anything stupid again, we’ll lose more than just a store. Got it?"
Rose looked away and muttered, "Fine..."
"I have a plan." Mrs. Lancaster said with a smile.
"What is it?" Mr. Lancaster asked. He was a nice rich while Mrs. Lancaster belonged to a noble family to begin.
For this reason, she was much smarter than him when it came to schemes.
"We will apologize to the Waters family as a goodwill. And start to build a good relationship with them.
Once the Waters family completely falls for our lies, we will start to sow discord between them and the godmother.
Let’s see if the godmother still generously forgives them and stays by their side." Mrs. Lancaster smiled.
Mr. Lancaster looked at his wife, unsure. "Are you sure this will work?"
