Leo took Lily to the house next door on his shoulders, and the moment they went past the door, Lily was stunned because she spotted two Jade Peacocks sitting under the shade of the trees, the dim lighting of the garden gave their feathers an attractive glow, they seemed as if they were really made from white jade.

Lily had a sparkle in her eyes, she looked at them as she asked, "Baba, can I touch them?"

Leo shook his head and replied, "Not at the moment, because they are sleeping, they will wake up in the morning, then you can play with them."

Lily sighed but then agreed to hold back patiently. Then Leo took her for a tour inside the house, and asked, Lily if she wanted anything to change, and unsurprisingly, the little girl had her own opinions and gave them all somethings to elevate the aesthetic of the decorations. Leo agreed to some of them and refined the ideas on the spot.

The old butler smiled at the situation, and after everything finished, the young man took Lily back to the government house and they went to the house and found Snow sitting on the couch reading a book with her feet soaking in a pail of water. Lily rushed over and asked, "Ma, do you know we have a new house, and they have a couple of jade peacocks."

Snow smiled and closed the book as she replied, "Well thank you for telling me about it."

Leo smiled as Lily began to blab about it all and the young man asked, "Love, I have something to ask."

Snow raised her brows and asked, "What happened?"

The young replied, "I have to make a trip to the eagle nation."

Snow raised her brow; she knew that Leo didn’t like the hypocrisy of the Eagle Nation officials and they have also put his passports on a high security. They were going to make it difficult for him at all cost. She asked, "Why?"

Leo replied, "The director of the Space research center. He is there, off the grid, we need to bring him back, his mind is crucial in the coming phases of the exploration mission. Markus had gone ahead with his team, but he almost didn’t make it out. Thankfully we had Alpha to access the web and find a way out."

He was talking very calmly because the living room was empty and he was sitting next to Snow, so the voice was also low. Snow was now the part of the cabinet and she could not be involved into this, however, she still had some detail from the Home Minister who was updated by the Intelligence department.

She asked, "If what I know is true, then the director is being held in the Ocean Black Site, and if you are ready to go means you have methods to get in their or have already thought of some method to enter inside. But what I want to know is simple."

Leo nodded and said, "Go ahead."

Snow asked calmly, "How do you intend to get out of that hell? Do you know that the moment you land on that place, the fleets of the Eagle Nation Navy would be mobilized and they will track you down and, in the end, you might end up in a crisis."

Leo smiled and said, "You underestimate me a lot. I have a way out of there as well."

Snow thought about it and asked, "Fine, but who will look after the kids?"

Leo smiled bitterly and said, "Ma can handle them for a couple of days, no?"

Lily was listening to it all silently and asked, "Baba, from what I have gathered by listening to you both talking, I am feeling that it is a life and death situation for the people involved, no?"

Leo nodded and the young lady said, "I can watch the twins, and Aunty Clara would be coming over soon with the rest of the people. Also, with Grandma at home, I can handle them. I am a good baby you know."

Leo smiled and scooped her up in his arms as he smiled and said, "Yes, you are a good baby but we need to have you Ma’s permission because, babies cannot baby sit other babies."

Lily pouted and said, "I am a big girl."

Leo sighed and then he looked at Snow, although he knew that Lily was a sensible child, but it was still something that needed to be confirmed by Snow herself. After a few minutes, Snow replied, "Fine, you can watch over the twins as it is weekend but only under the supervision of Clara."

Leo nodded and said, "Alright, then I will go tonight."

Snow agreed with him, they wanted to handle things quickly and be done with it all. The young man packed his bags, and after putting the children to sleep, then he kissed them all bye. Snow did come to see him off at the gates, and Leo did take Kyle and Jock along with him. This was to cover up his exact movements.

The trio were in the car, and Jock asked, "Boss, what are we supposed to do?"

Leo replied calmly, "You will need to call Markus, and then coordinate with them. First get him to bring out that secret stealth jet in the Croma Nation. We need that thing to airdrop me from the edge of the atmosphere so that I could dive directly towards the Black site."

Kyle was shocked and said, "Boss, that would be too hard for you. Are you sure about this?"

Leo rolled his eyes and replied, "When have I ever acted without any confidence in my moves?"

Kyle nodded, and they calmed down as they reached the airport and boarded the private plane heading to the Angkor City. Yes, that was where they had the special jet stored, and Markus gave instruction to the team of people guarding that thing. The flight took off, and soon they landed in the angkor city. They made their way to the mansion and then Leo took his bike out, making an overnight, over speeding journey to the Hangar in the Utopia Research Center.

After he reached the hangar, the young man directly headed inside. The people who saw him were all aware of his plans and they were ready to greet him. Leo gazed at a small black jet standing in the back. He said, "Is she ready?"

The chief engineer was also a person who had some history with Markus, a researcher of military tech, and he said, "Yes, Sir. She is ready, we can use the cover of the space flight taking off tonight. That is when you can escape the detection by following the space flight but the maneuver is something risky."

Leo nodded and said, "I will keep that in mind, are the power units and the backup all working fine?"

The man nodded and replied, "She can hold the spot in hover for an hour, and during that time she is invisible. Also with your suggestion, the retro reflection panels have been refitted and they are seamless now, unless someone uses special thermal scanner at a really close distance, nothing can sense her."

Leo nodded and asked, "I will suit up then, time is less. Also, have you prepared the secondary gear set as well?"

The man nodded and replied, "It has been placed inside the cabin already."

Leo nodded, and then he changed into a special g-suit before entering the cockpit. The aircraft went under some tests, such as the panel movement, radio, and weapons in case they were needed. After an hour, everything was green and Leo taxied it out of the hangar. They were waiting for the commercial flight to take off, so that Leo could follow it for a small distance in the air, and then vanish from the radar.

He spoke in the radio set, "Francis, if the space flight is taking long, use the scrambler, I need just a minute to take off." 𝙧𝙚𝙚𝔀𝒆𝓫𝓷𝙤𝓿𝒆𝙡.𝒄𝙤𝓶

Francis looked at the flow of the space flight traffic, and then he said, "Sir, the space flight is on taxi, you can line up."

Leo followed the instruction, he was a seasoned expert when it came to flying the plane because he had been training in the virtual realm. After lining up, he increased the speed, and calmly took off. After he reached the height of five thousand feet, he said, "Francis, radio silent mode, will see you later."

Francis replied, "Godspeed Sir."

Leo was off to handle business and save a man who was important for the company and the future of the human race.
